The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. However, this place is only worth 1 star for the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My dad came in today to pick up the battery he ordered and to have it installed. Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. We gave it a chance since it was near and had the exact battery we needed, but the customer service is AWFUL!! I do not recommend! I've attached our receipts below for this visit for proof.

Another employee helped me with the check engine light and was outside for quite a while. When he came back in, I asked if he knew where the drill brushes were.
