Review from 2019: I unfortunately never actually got to meet Todd or visit his business but i will rate him 5 stars for his unbelievable outstanding customer assistance. I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. When google searching for answers, I stumbled upon a forum in which Todd wrote to another desperate customer in a similar circumstance. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents.
