They sent Nate to do the work and he was very friendly, professional, and honest. He gave us an estimate for the time and cost which was reasonable considering the nature of the urgency(when ya gotta go YOU GOTTA GO!) Nate did not mind me observing closely and asking questions. He was happy to explain the cause of the problem and and how to prevent future occurrences. As a retired construction professional, I can recognize quality work ethic. We recently…read morediscovered a leak at our well, coming from an unknown spot in the exposed pipes outside that were covered in insulation. On the morning of 9/15, I called around and left messages with a few companies. One company answered, but quoted me a very high call-out fee--which I accepted since no one else was reachable. Before that appointment was even set, the owner of All American called me back and said he could have someone out within an hour or so, at a much more reasonable price. I immediately said yes! He sent Robert and his wife Heather, and they showed up right away. Robert cut back the insulation, found the cracked pipe that was causing the leak, and was able to repair it within just a couple of hours. They were such a huge help, and we're so grateful for their quick response, honesty, and expertise. They are truly affordable, and it made me feel ten times better knowing we got that call back from All American. Robert was honest, professional, and never made us feel like our business was taken for granted. We can't recommend them enough!

We were without air conditioning for 10 days in the 100+ degree heat. Thankfully Gunny's took care of the problem quickly and even gave us a portable unit to keep up with melting. We have a new Trane system at a fantastic price. The system is so quiet we can barely hear it running. Our old system would make the most horrendous noises in the winter and just could not stand it, but this Trane is the best unit we have ever owned. The service man who came out to evaluate our system was honest and very kind to work with. The entire experience was top notch. If you are needing an air conditioning system, we highly recommend Gunny's.
