We had both toilets out of service at the same time! Desmoni Plumbing is the first company I called due to it's proximity to our home. They sent Nate to do the work and he was very friendly, professional, and honest. He gave us an estimate for the time and cost which was reasonable considering the nature of the urgency(when ya gotta go YOU GOTTA GO!) Nate did not mind me observing closely and asking questions. He was happy to explain the cause of the problem and and how to prevent future occurrences. As a retired construction professional, I can recognize quality work ethic. Nate was respectful of the property and made sure to wipe up whatever water was on the floor. Thank you, Nate & Desmoni Plumbing. Mark Adame & Kim Wertz April 20th, 2026 read more

Im new to Pahrump, so of course, Im new to owning a well. Yesterday as I was leaving for work I heard a very loud explosion! I ran outside and my well pipe had burst and I felt like I was standing in front of the Bellagio Fountain show! I panicked and shut of the power to the pump. I had to leave to get to work in Vegas. I went on FB and researched plumbers in Pahrump and found Desmoni. I called at 7:30am and Nathan was there at around 9am. He fixed it! Immediately! And the cost was considerably less than I thought it would be! Desmoni Plumbing is now and forever more my Best Friend! Ha! Much love and respect to you Nathan! read more

They came out fixed my problem in 30 min. Thx Nate. American home shield came out wanted to go through or floor to fix what a joke.

We couldn't be more happy with Desimon plumbing. They're our one stop shop. Nathan comes in and thoroughly goes through everything. He fine-tunes our sinks our toilets. When he leaves, we're running like 100% on everything. Professional on time thorough. We had him out last time he had to climb underneath our modular and did an amazing job as well. This guy knows his stuff. Cleans out alkali and even vacuumed out our tanks for toilet I can't say enough! Thank you!! Your our go to guy read more

Their response was quick and the work done within days. Nathan was the technician and did the work and figured out how to save us some labor costs. We really appreciated the entire process and definitely will recommend them in the future. This was after another plumbing company basically ghosted us read more

We needed our main line from house to septic snaked for a clog. Made the appt. on Sunday (they are closed on that day) and was told that they could come out the next day anywhere from 9 to 12. That they would call when they were on their way. They were here at 7:45 am. He was able to break the clog up and was done in less than an hour. Great job! Very happy with Desmoni as we have used them several times prior. I highly recommend! read more

Desmoni Plumbing and technician Nathan saved the day with my emergency water leak under my modular home in Pahrump! Water was seeping up through the kitchen floor from a broken line--total stress! They responded incredibly fast to my call, arriving promptly for the urgent issue. Nathan quickly diagnosed the exact problem, thoroughly explained the entire repair process step by step so I understood everything, and took the time to offer a better, more durable alternative solution instead of just a quick patch. This ensured a lasting, trouble-free fix rather than something temporary. Nathan was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional from start to finish--cleaned up after himself and left everything in great shape. Highly recommend Desmoni Plumbing (and especially Nathan) for any plumbing needs, especially emergencies. Lastly, job reasonably priced. Thank you for the outstanding service! read more

I requested an appointment for irrigation. To my surprise I was given the same day appointment. Dru arrived early in the window of time I was given. Dru determined the issue immediately! He had the parts needed to replace a irrigation valve. In less than two hours we had valve replaced. Dru was professional and communicated what needed to be done to repair the issue! We are completely satisfied with Desmoni Plumbing and Dru. read more

Nathan just replaced our on/off switch for our garbage disposal. He did a great job. Very polite and helpful. Thanks again Nathan.

After a negative review, texted my wife with a nasty message - they have my number. Seems like they just wanted to prey on a woman. I wrote the review... why text and harass my wife? Desmoni is all around just not a great group to do business with. Nate, if you ever switch companies, give us a call- your service was great. I come from a family of contractors - in New York... the "rudest" people in the country... never had someone text or call my wife with this kind of attitude. Fix your business practices. Communicate better. And if you have a problem, you have MY number. You call me. Would have gladly taken your call to discuss and alter review. Now you're just digging a hole. Who on earth charges for travel time IN PAHRUMP? I didn't know you were celebrity plumbers I could have flown my family out to do the job for cheaper. I could have called around... I could have done ANYTHING but be locked into fees you didn't disclose until my wife was home alone... Yikes- we can keep doing this. Keep harassing us. read more

Pricing way too high taken advantage of home owners.needed a valve for hot water tank for $600 are you kidding me or what.

Turned on my outside hose today, and ended up with a geyser shooting up from the fixture. My favorite Librarian suggested Desmoni Plumbing. Desmoni got to my home within less than 2 hour's. Dru was very cordial, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem, and got the job done. I will defiantly call them again if I have a plumbing issue ! Highly recommend !! read more

Called Desmoni Plumbing, Nate was the person we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable in doing the work. He explained to my husband any issues that he found that needed repair or replacements. We are very satisfied with the final work Nate did, he did a great job in fixing the problems. "Thank you, Nate," for a great job. We were very impressed. We will be calling you again, whenever we do have issues in the future. read more

Highly recommend Dru! Showed up on time and installed shower bars for my tenant. Will be my first and only call for plumbing . Pricing was fantastic. read more

They came out and could not fix my tub handle during the The first visit which he was only here 10 minutes maximum. Charged me $135 to tell me the bill would be approximately another $500 to fix. I called to see if they would apply what they charged me to let ok at it towards the bill. They said no. It's hard to believe they would charge $135 for less than10 minutes. On my Bill it said he was here 42 minutes, which is absurd! read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dru who came and took care of my issues. Fantastic job and response time was great! Highly recommend!! No job to big or small!! Thank you Desmoni Plumbing! read more

Work was fine. But, I've never heard of a company charging $135 (without my knowledge before booking the appointment) to come look at my dishwasher for all of 5 minutes. No, that fee was not applied to the cost of my job. They just told me at the end of the "consultation" (plumber looked at it and said "Yeah... it needs to be replaced.) Then, charging for travel time? We are in Pahrump! It's not like you came from Vegas or LA. Absurd. I try very hard to use local folks when I can... but if I had the choice to hire someone from out of town or Desmoni plumbing... I'd take my money elsewhere every time. Truly unfortunate. read more

they sent Nate out to fix my plumbing issues. Had two toilets in which my 3 year old "washed" his trucks. So they got clogged up. Special thanks to Nate who was pleasant and professional. He had great tools and was fast. No BS here!!! Thank you, Rick read more

What a rip off!! $371.80 to replace an elbow joint out in the yard. Quoted my son by the hour and as soon as he arrived had to run to HD for the parts. Charged us for 2 1/2 hours but did 30 minutes worth of labor. He stated he charges from the time he made the call in the morning and charges for travel to and from Home Depot. Charged $20 for parts but refused to give me a bill even though I asked twice for it. read more

Arrived on time and immediately figured out what the problem was quoted a great price and fixed the problem quickly. Do not hesitate to call

We needed a new water heater installed. This was not an situation. Just an upgrade from a 27 year old water heater. Called plumbers in our area. Desmoni gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment. They were late. The person who responded would not give a firm price for labor. We called the phone number again & that person gave us a price. There was a lot of confusion between what the person who answered the phone & the person who responded to our house. Anyway, he left to go get the heater at Home Depot & never returned. When we called, the person who answered said the worker's truck broke down, so we'd have to reschedule for the next day. We found out, a long time later, that not only had the worker drained the heater (which was okay), he left the fill spigot on. So water had been pouring out the drain valve into our front yard & down the street. We called the company, but there was no answer. Yes, it was after 5pm, but we had been told they would be available for any future emergencies if we hired them. Well, our first emergency & we can't reach anyone. We finally reached them the next day & the person who answered seemed really angry at us. She told my husband that the worker didn't like him & so they wouldn't be available for us to hire. She also admitted that the broken down truck story was not true. Sometimes people can't work together or agree on everything. We totally understand their right to refuse to work for us. However, I feel it's rude to drain someone's water heater (plus gallons of fresh water) & then leave without telling us to shut it off. We ended up calling another plumber, who came out the next morning, gave a firm price, arrived exactly on time, had obvious knowledge & put in a new heater, all new piping & connectors within a couple hours. BTW we never pay in advance. I believe that always is a good idea. My husband may have already posted a review with a video of the water running down our yard into the street. read more

I had an appointment for someone to come out to give me a bid to remodel my bathroom. No one showed up or called. The next day I called and ask why no one showed up and received no response. I guess they don't care! read more

I called them to give me a second opinion . I have a home warranty whom initially sent a plumber from Vegas. That first provider didn't have any appointments until a week out. Desmoni sent a plumber who said we had a leak in the subfloor that would require ripping out my floor and subfloor. I was also informed that 775 flood would be the ones to do the removal of my floor. Desmoni even told me that I'd have to file a claim with my home insurance company. I was informed by my handyman that it wasn't that bad and I should call Jim's plumbing for a 3rd option. So Jim's plumbing was able to repair the leak in my crawl space with out removing and flooring. So all this to say that I DO NOT recommend Desmoni plumbing. Desmoni plumbing tried to take advantage of me in order to get the most money. read more

Reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Will use them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

What can I say, Desmoni Plumbing brings back old school service with old school work ethics. I purchased a brand-new home in Pahrump. Unfortunately the new house did not come with a soft water treatment system. When I called the office, the owner answered the phone and she was just as honest as could be about everything I needed. Was not looking for just the bottom line, but was looking out for my best interest. You can take the corporate mentality and throw it away when it comes to.Desmoni Plumbing. They are not about profit. They are about the customer.Dru the service tech who came out to service. my home is the best. Called on time letting me know he was on his way and made the appointment on time and did a great job.Well Done Dru. Being new resident to Pahrump I feel like I hit the jackpot with Desmoni Plumbing. read more

Desmoni Plumbing INC was quick to respond and I was able to get an appointment scheduled within the week the call was made (during the holidays even which was amazing). Not only were they incredibly friendly but they were helpful and professional. The work I needed done was finished in what felt like the blink of an eye. I've actually never had such a pleasant maintenance experience, and I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs to get some plumbing work done! Easy five stars. read more

I just moved to Pahrump, right off the bat the water heater started leaking. Nothing worse than cold showers. Desmoni had a high Google rating, now I know why. I spoke with Marla, she was wonderful. It was on a home warranty claim, she jumped right on it. Called the warranty company got everything approved set up and appointment for Dru to come out and replace my water heater. The next morning Dru showed up early, which is great. Explained everything to me, had it replaced and on his way in less than 2 hours. Now we can have a nice hot shower. And move on with our lives thanks to Marla and Dru. Great to know there are companies like them in the town we just moved to. read more

Dru from Desmoni Plumbing removed and installed 5 new faucets in our bathrooms. His workmanship was excellent and the costs were fair and reasonable. We have additional plumbing projects in the near future and I will only call Desmoni and request Dru. He is the best! read more

Service was great from start to finish. We had a pipe burst in the house, leaving a ton of water damage and my family without water. The receptionist was able to get me a next day appointment with Dru. She also took time to speak with me and offer pointers in the meantime; she was very knowledgeable about the trade. Dru (plumber) arrived on time, was very personal, but most importantly worked quickly and efficiently. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it same day. When an unexpected service was required, he rearranged his day so he could finish the job instead of just leaving things half done. My husband and I appreciate this so much, as we realize adjusting the daily schedule is a major headache. Dru and his team really know how to provide top notch customer service. I was a little timid to hire given the current 3 stars, but after giving them a chance, I have no idea why this business doesn't have 5 stars. I called 4 other plumbers in Pahrump and still haven't gotten a call back from any of them. Desmoni plumbing will be our go to for all our plumbing needs. read more

If you have a home warranty and don't want to pay $600 out of pocket for your water heater replacement, I highly DON'T recommend this place. Lady who answers all calls here guaranteed me that everything will be covered under my warranty. It sounded well, she said she dealt with my insurance company many times. Turns out they like to charge an insane amount to insurance oh and a 4% fee for using your card of course. The lady who works here told me that my insurance should be covering more of the cost and she told me multiple times & multiple days that she would call my insurance and help fix some things. She left me hanging and never did after she got her $1,850 for a new water heater. Not an honest company.. read more

My husband called on behalf of his pediatric office. He explained that he had a leak on a toilet. She asked for address which he gave. She then wanted a credit card, because he doesn't have an account and he said okay and gave the number and then he said I would like an estimate first before a charge in case I need to get a second estimate. The lady hung up on him. He called back in case of error and she wouldn't answer. So it was no error. What a rude, unprofessional person. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY WANT A CREDIT CARD BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!!! I will be watching to make sure no charges appear on card now. read more

Had a working water heater. Set up with Desmoni to replace. They sent Jeremy to do the work. 27 minutes late (for a 2hour window). Jeremy arrived, drained the tank without shutting off the electricity. Said he needed to go to Home Depot to get parts. Never came back. Heater elements burned out. Now heater doesn't work. Called Desmoni owner. She said stop the draining, they'll be out tomorrow. Stopped the draining, tank started (we thought) to refill. Was actually draining into the street. (See video below.). Now I have a broken water heater, no hot water. She called me a liar, said I was trying to scam her, told me she doesn't want my business. Desmoni earned NEGATIVE 3 stars. read more

They arrived slightly later than they said they would, but the reason was completely understandable and overall I'd say that I got quick same day service. They did great. When the Rheem water heater I purchased from Home Depot was defective out of the box, they advised me how to get R heem to honor their warrenty.
