They sent Nate to do the work and he was very friendly, professional, and honest. He gave us an estimate for the time and cost which was reasonable considering the nature of the urgency(when ya gotta go YOU GOTTA GO!) Nate did not mind me observing closely and asking questions. He was happy to explain the cause of the problem and and how to prevent future occurrences. As a retired construction professional, I can recognize quality work ethic.
