Review from 2019: I unfortunately never actually got to meet Todd or visit his business but i will rate him 5 stars for his unbelievable outstanding customer assistance. I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. When google searching for answers, I stumbled upon a forum in which Todd wrote to another desperate customer in a similar circumstance. Todd was kind enough to provide his number on that forum and asked the guy to reach out to him to see how he could help. Todd was more than happy to assist me as well despite living miles away! I was truly taken back by his genuine kindness.

I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. All other rooms are still doing fine with some years left to go, with only the dining room showing some bubbling, which is fully expected for mid-range laminate installed almost a decade ago. In 2017, their customer service was great, with quick response time and scheduling. They had a great choice of quality laminate and, looking at their website, they still do.

Inconvenient, but we rescheduled. Come the actual day of the estimate, the representative shows up and measures our home, then says he will send over a quote for high end carpet or mid-range LVP as we were considering both. We thought it was weird that he didn't present us with any actual flooring samples, so that we could get an idea of product or get a more accurate quote without having to spend more time. It seemed like he was trying to spend as little time as possible with us when we were hoping to conclude the visit with a booking. He sent the ballpark ranges, we followed up via email saying we were comfortable with the price range but had questions. Never heard back. We went with another company that actually quoted more, but at least they are responsive and want our business.

I am now having to go to the Contractors board and small claims court to solve this situation I paid $14,658 dollars by the way the charged me $2500 to level my 1000 square foot condo and the tiles are terrible they did not use leveling spacers. Also put grout and mortar in my shower drain which I had to pay to get snaked. The camera shows rigid dry concrete which by the way I just purchased the condo two weeks prior and have a full reporting of the drain working perfect prior to the tear out demo and installation all performed by Beno's. They threw all the trash in my condo dumpster even after paying for demo and dumping. I allowed them out to try and fix it and the contractor removed about 10 tiles and cracked and damaged the ones he put back in. Left it worst... In addition when I allowed them out for the drain all he did was blame my husband and I which we did absolutely no work with mortar or grout. please take the time to look at the pictures and video the shower was terrible look at the finish work I had the tile trim there and the contractor did not use it I had to pay another company to fix the ceiling and the drywall. I will be posting additional pictures this week...

The lines of the tile are straight, giving it a clean, professional appearance. We used them to complete the shower. The outcome was beautiful, giving it a modern, cozy looking appearance instead of a small, dark appearance. What we appreciated the most was their attention to detail. They nicely took care of the corners, edges, and even the space between each tile. Their workspace was also kept clean during the entire duration of the project. Communication was not a problem at all, and they were also respectful of the property. The value was amazing for what we had done. Both bathrooms look great, modern, warm, and high-end, just like we expected. We would definitely recommend MDN Tile to anyone looking for a quality tile job.
