Be aware of high price tactics. I won't get into it my exact situation but when you have no a/c and…read moreneed it badly they got you. Same as locksmiths when you lose your car at 2am in the morning. You will pay them whatever they want. And that my friends is bad business. When you call a/c techs their goal is to repair but their main goal is to make a lot of money for not that much work. Trust me I know. You will be ripped off whether it be on parts or how much they charge you for refrigerant or talk down to you telling you, you need a new unit. It gets old. Replaced it and it worked at least until now one year later and the saga is beginning again. Made 4 attempts to get a service appointment but Dean decided not to tell the new manager/scheduler until after the 4th message. Krista has been very responsive and was going to waive the service call but then notified today the day of the appointment that she can't and the 100 dollar service fee only covers diagnosing the parts are covered but we'd also have to pay any labor for installation or repair. I am trying to be reasonable but I'm not sure I want to keep paying for service calls and repair labor on a system that seems to be built with unreliable parts.
