I can't say enough good things about this company. My A/C unit decided to stop working in the middle of the night and of course it was the hottest day of the year. I had limited time away from work and was so worried about my cats. I messaged this company and they responded quickly and set me up with a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. I spoke with James at We Care Air after being told I need a new AC. Their technician Joe came out to the house and evaluated the problem the same day. They turned a $5500 A/C repair estimate into a $350 new part and working A/C within two hours. They were on time, provided a two hour window, updates, they were clean, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything, I cannot say enough good things about them. They figured out with I was talking about with my "girl" explanation and did not take advantage of the situation. He was extremely patient. Additionally, I had a power issue that required an electrician. Joe called and spoke with them to let them know exactly what needed fixing. we recently had our ac replaced by WE CARE AIR Adam was the first person we met, knowledgeable, professional, didn't try to upsell. Set up installation for 7am the next day. Hector was sitting in front of the house at 6:30. the rest of the crew showed and got started. plastic went down , met Christian, Marteen, Pablo and Pablo jr. I might have left someone out if so I apologize. All were extremely polite and courteous . They also replaced all of our ductwork . Our idea after discussing cleaning with Adam. This place was so easy to work with! We bought our house last year and it still has the original AC. We hear a rattle every so often but it seems to work just fine, but we wanted it checked for peace of mind - everyone hears the horror stories about AC going out in Vegas and taking ages to get fixed or replaced. We didn't want to have that situation. Called We Care Air on a Wednesday and was set up with an appointment for that Friday, 7AM-9AM window. First of all, having such a short window was perfect. I cannot stand when places give you just the day, and you have to take the whole day off work and sit around waiting. Not an issue with WCA! PLUS, they showed up in that window, and on the earlier side. Visit was maybe about a half hour, and our rep didn't mind my guy tagging along to see what he was checking and ask questions. Turns out our rattle was due to putting our filters in wrong (even though we followed how they were when we moved in). Very thankful that it was a minor issue and that they try to upsell or add on unnecessary service or stress us out about anything. PRAISE GOD!!!! Finally a HONEST, CARING and PROFESSIONAL AC company. James came out and diagnosed our problem, our Evaporator System was leaking water into our home underneath the floor. We had a very old AC with the old type Freon which he replaced with a brand new unit. Being severely disabled I was concerned about being without air for a long time. She said she would reach out to a technician and call us back to see when they can come out. As promised, she called us back within minutes to let us know someone will be out. They were finishing a job and it would take time to get to our place because they're on the other side of town. Arrival: Without hesitation or us having to ask, they put booties on to come into the house. We got the owner and another tech who both were very nice. AC problem: after troubleshooting, they found the issue which took them less than 10 minutes to find the cause and fix it. The control board had a loose wire powering the thermostats. Pricing: The charge was very fair for how quick it took for them to fix the issue, especially on a weekend and after hours Other: James (the owner) mentioned to call any time day or night and they'll get someone to come out. We recently purchased a new washer/dryer but an error code went off on a sad Monday. We were referred by our contractor and called immediately because who doesn't need their laundry done? My husband called We Care Air and we were put on the schedule immediately. James' wife was amazing with communicating with my husband and let him know that they would try to stop by before our scheduled appointment. Unfortunately they weren't able to but she let us know right away and we kept our scheduled appointment. James showed up with Eduardo and got right to work. When our AC broke there was no question that we needed to replace it ASAP. We live in Las Vegas AC is not a want it's a NEED! We are in the first weekend of triple digit temperatures and it's Memorial Day weekend of course we have AC issues now Zoriya informed me that they were booked all weekend but due to the urgency she would do her best to get someone out within 24-48hrs.
