Lance was amazing! My husband contacted him at 11PM on a Friday after we came home from a night out and saw that our fan in our AC unit wasn't spinning. We were able to tell him via text what happened and he was able to give us an idea without seeing the unit. He came out the very next morning (on 4th of July weekend!!!) and was able to fix our unit. Less than 15 minutes in total and he was able to let us know what exactly happened. I had gotten a rather high quote from someone that I had hired based on a commercial I had heard. They quoted me a price that seemed out of line with my unit. Honest. Professional. Technically Proficient. Gets the job done the first time. Absolute repaired issue during "Excessive Heat Warning" in Las Vegas when warranty company did not the first time and kept giving excuses in the long (days) follow-up response time. Lance (Owner) responded to mother's residence to fix the AC issue that the warranty company (she has faithfully paid for years) could not or may not have known how to correct. I, like a lot of people, always have doubt and worry on how an AC technician will charge during the summers here in Vegas or push for a new unit....Lance came in, corrected the unit in minimal time (knew what he was doing), and left with a very minimal bill. Absolutely unacceptable. I saw the good reviews and I thought I'd give these guys a try. The 1st maintenance guy came hours late, put too large of a battery in the a/c unit, making the system shake like crazy and cracks formed on the top of it. The main guy who does the coordinating was respectful and nice about it AT FIRST and scheduled someone back out to fix it. The guy said he would replace the top of my a/c unit. I've called and texted several times since he said that with no response. I consulted a legal expert. Do not call these people, some of their techs are good but I wouldn't risk it. It's about to hit July in Las Vegas. This means it's going to get HOT! With the heat coming strong, we wanted to make sure our AC units were in tip top shape for our scorching 110+ degree temps. Our neighbors kindly referred us to Lance, as we were looking to have an honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable technician complete our tune up. It can get a bit scary with inviting an unfamiliar business to your house and I wanted referrals before seeking a particular company out. Lance runs this small business, which is great. He was referred with high remarks, and I was happy to give them our business. Lance and another tech showed up right on schedule for our 6 pm appointment. I thought it was wonderful, as they easily accommodated a later appointment during the week for us. They both thoroughly cleaned and tended to our two AC units for our annual tune up. After an hour, their work was complete. He walked my husband outside to inspect their work. He showed off his work outside; he compared the voltage units to the standard set on each unit and took before and after pictures to showcase his work. After that, he came inside and tested our AC vents in the house to ensure the outtake of cold air was within the expected standard range. Lance and his teammate were very polite, competent, and efficient. Our dogs were even a bit wild while they were testing our vents inside (jumping up and down for their attention and barking) and they were very understanding with my two furry hooligans. Their pricing was beyond reasonable for the tune up. I'm confident in their quality of workmanship for our tune up, and feel like we're ready for the heat. Before our tune up was complete, we found out he also installs water softeners, too. We are planning to purchase one and call him back out to install it. Bottom line, I would whole heartedly would recommend Lance and his team for any of your AC/Heating needs. We couldn't be happier with our decision. read more

Updated review: so the owner "Lance" contacted me last night while we were out to dinner and offered to send out a tech and was accountable for the experience I had. He claimed the tech took pictures of the gauges and that the tech knocked on the door prior to leaving. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say I missed it. Either way, from beginning to end, it's not the type of service experience I'm used to being in the industry myself. Lance also comped the service by not making me pay for the capacitor replacement. I will say that does take accountability for his business and I know how hard it is to find good people in our industry. I have found the unicorn of A/C companies - Absolute Air Conditioning. My A/C unit decided to call it quits a few days before July 4th. I had 6 companies provide me with estimates to replace the unit. Most companies are tied to a particular brand; Absolute is not. The owner of the company, Lance, provided suggestions and information; however, he did not pressure us into the sale of a particular system. The estimates we received from other companies did not provide a breakdown of costs; Absolute's quote did. It gave details on the cost of the A/C unit, parts/materials, and labor. Additionally, Absolute's quote for a better unit (2 stage/higher SEER) was less expensive than all of the other company's quotes. We had the new unit installed on July 6th and Lance was with his team during the entire installation process to ensure that everything went smoothly.
