    I wish I could give them 10 stars. But they were here very soon after Icalled and Mike is great. Fixed it right away and we are kool again.

    We recently used Servpro of SouthWest Las Vegas for our water damage mitigation…read more It was of course late on a Sunday that we found our upstairs flooded and we found ourselves distressed over the damage possible. We called Servpro SouthWest for our mitigation needs and they were able to show about an hour after we had found the water damage, keep in mind it was at 10pm we called and they were here till around 2am next day. Andres and crew got out here quick and knew exactly what to do to help us save our house from serious damage. It took about 5 days to get the entire ordeal wrapped up and Andres took great care of us, he stayed in contact with us and made sure to schedule visits with us to regularly checkup during the process. He was extremely accommodating to our schedule. I believe because of the diligent work that Andres did we were able to save our drywall and engineered hardwood floors and because of those efforts our damage was seriously minimized. I also want to mention the calls I made into the office, I typically spoke with Dawn and she was fantastic and very understanding and helpful. This was a very trying process for my wife and I because we were seriously concerned on how much damage was done. But we were well taken care of. Thank you SERVPRO SouthWest, Andres and Dawn for being fantastic!

They are horrible beyond words!…read more We discovered mold beneath our kitchen sink and I contacted Servpro for an estimate to clean and restore Kade showed up to give us an estimate-he said he was the project manager. He took a lot of pix and said most insurers covered mold cleanup and rebuild in some cases. No and no. He communicated with our insurance company and sent them the pics he took. He talked with the adjuster directly. Then within a couple hours the adjuster emailed to tell me our claim was denied. But I had already committed to hire Servpro to clean and rebuild the mold. On May 5 this year, Servpro began the cleanup. It took seven days and a completely demolished kitchen sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal along with the removal of cupboards, shelves and pantry and our granite counter tops and all of the drywall up to the outer wall including the insulation. Check the pic I just took of my kitchen sink area. Don't see it? That's because no one came back to do the rebuild. They never called me back and the number we were given was a wrong number. I hired a handyman to begin the rebuild but he has only got the insulation and drywall done. I'm trying to be patient........... I haven't had a working kitchen since the first of May 2022. But they got their $5k. Which we paid after they screwed with our insurance carrier.

They discounted it for me from $150 to $135 with a military discount which includes a summer and winter tune up. I wish I would of found out about them before I bought my new unit from one of those companies that's ALWAYS on the radio. I realized how much I overpaid for my unit once I asked them how much it would of costed through them. I'm willing to bet, they could beat almost all quotes on a new unit. They have all my future business.

After Sunrise quoted me $1500 for a new fan I hired someone else come in and give a second opinion.The second opinion, verified I did not need to replace my fan at all. Instant Air had only just replaced it two years ago. Instant Air charged me $500 for the fan. The new company sunrise service now wanted to charge me $1500 to replace the fan which was relatively new. When I called another service company in, they verify the fan was new and did not need to be replaced. If you're going to Instant air and find that they've been bought out by sunrise service ; be careful. Don't just go to sunrise service casually just because they were bought Instant Air. It is not in any way an endorsement of sunrise service at all. Sunrise service just bought all of Instant Air's contacts. Get a second opinion, and get a second quote before you sign on for any big deals with this new company. Just be very careful.
