    THE MAMBA!

I found this gem and I encourage anyone looking for the top notch auto protection to come here. I brought in my brand new 2024 Escalade ESV-V in for some work. I wanted to black it out with new emblems and also apply some much needed PPF to this beast. I did some research online and found this place. I read other reviews, even those that were not 5 stars. I felt like the great reviews heavily outdid the bad ones. No one is perfect and some people expectations are out of this world. I had my first contact with Jace from Nxt Level, what a blessing this guy is. From my first interaction with him, I could tell HE LOVED WHAT HE DID. He LOVED CARS. His passion was obvious and right up my alley. So I stopped into the shop after some back and forth about my goals. He was even better in person. I'm serious. We went over PPF for my entire front end, full blackout including emblems, and finally a nice tint to the entire car including my huge sunroof. I listened to his advice about what PPF to go with, different grades, levels, etc. I spared no expense on my baby as this car is a gem. His price was pure honesty as I had done some research on pricing before showing up, he was right in line. I never questioned it. I didn't haggle the guy. I'm paying to protect my V, I paid more for my car than this shop charged me 200xs over. No brainer. I couldn't be happier with the job they did, my car is absolutely perfect and he even helped me with a ROCK ding I caught on the 405 FWY a week after I got it. Anyone who is serious about their car, wants the best for it, and wants incredible service, call this place. Ask for Jace, and you won't be disappointed. Cheers to you guys at Nxt Level for exceeding all expectations.

Yes, this is a real review from a real person. I have family within an hour drive of NXT Level, but I actually drove from Fresno to have my new AT4 corrected and coated. There really aren't many detailers or shops in Fresno that specialize in coatings or wraps, so I found NXT Level after looking up reviews on Yelp and Google. I came across some of the work that Jace and Tony do and I instantly knew this was the shop to bring my truck. I got hooked up with Ricardo as a consultant and he walked me thru all the services and products that NXT Level offers. I kind of knew what I was interested in, but after getting some education on the different products I decided on a paint correction and CS2-Titanium coating. I also got my windows and wheels coated as well. The pictures I think reflect how good the paint can look, but you can't tell how amazing the paint feels! It's silky and slippery, better than new! I can't wait to wash this truck after the two week cure! The competence is obviously there from the team, but I gotta call out the great service I received as well. I got a call from Jace and said his technician found a rock chip (that I missed) and he actually offered to go to the local GM shop, give my VIN, and pick up a pain pen to fix the chip!! No charge. Talk about a keen eye and also great service! I consider myself an enthusiast at best, and I had a lot of questions about maintaining, product application, etc and between Ricardo, Jace, and Tony; all my questions were answered. I know a lot of the pictures online and work that's done at the shop is on high end super cars, but I don't feel like the team treated my GMC any different or get any less the same service as the million dollar Bugattis, McLarens, and Koenigseggs that come thru NXT Level. Thank you guys for a fantastic job!

Nxt Level Auto Protection made my 718 Cayman look like a show stopper!

I recently bought a 2021 CPO Porsche 718 Cayman and loved everything about it except the boring front end and the front bumper and hood had minor rock chips......I wasn't worried as I immediately took it to my trusted body shop and they changed out the boring front bumper for a new GT4 style front bumper and repainted the front fenders and the hood......after the paint cured for 30 days they took it to Nxt Level Auto Protection for the front paint protection film as they trusted no one else...that was convincing enough for me!! I talked to Jace on the phone for about 20 minutes and I know right away that he knew his stuff and he wanted to make me happy without selling me crap I didn't need......sooooo nice to deal with a straight shooter! Nxt Level Auto Protection in Tustin did an AMAZING JOB!.......I had the full front clip paint protection film Installed (front bumper, hood, front fenders, headlights and mirror caps) cover with UPPF Gloss 10 Year Material as well as doing a "stage 1" paint correction and a 5 year standard Ceramic coating on the remainder of the car......it's still under the 2 week waiting period so I haven't washed it yet but have been keeping it clean with Meguiar's ultimate quik detailer.......it goes in for the 2 week check-up in a couple of days but I can tell it won't need anything as it looks FRICKEN AWESOME!!!...I can't even tell the ppf is on there unless I stare at up close.....and it was a show stopper at the Sunday Steel car show a couple days ago.... BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!......thanks Jace and the entire crew at Nxt Level Auto Protection!!

When it comes to protecting your car, making it look good and giving you overall quality satisfaction you can see, this is the place! These guys have taken care of my M5 competition to a level that satisfies my needs and protection of my bimmer. They're professional, courteous, respectful, and have very good communication with their customers. They offer great value of service and pricing. If you're looking to wrap your car, do powder coat, or even keeping your car at a highly clean level of detail I recommend them !!

Ok, I am very selective with my reviews especially when it comes to auto services. This place does an unbelievable job! From the presentation of options available for my car to delivery of final product, Jace did amazingly. He literally spent hours on the phone with me answering questions and explaining the different types of ppf. He allowed me to pick what I thought was best and gave me an amazing deal - smoked most of the competition. I had researched at least 5 other shops in the OC before calling Nxt Level and I was truly impressed by how knowledgeable they are and the value they bring to the industry. I went with a Full Body PPF and Ceramic Tint on my 911 and could not be happier! The quality of their work is top notch. If you truly love your car and want to take good care of it for a long time, this is the place!

I have two cars with matching wraps - one wrapped and ceramic coated by Nxt Level, and one wrapped and coated by another shop. The two vehicles sit side by side, are driven about the same number of miles, and are washed weekly. In two months, my Mustang started to oxidize and the vinyl started to show damage, even with new vinyl being placed on certain panels. The R8 that Nxt level wrapped and coated hasn't shown any signs of fading or damage and the wrap is over a year old. There's something they're using in their ceramic coat that protects vehicles longer than anything else I've found. And the print quality of the vinyl has also held up to snow, rain, mud, off roading, Vegas heat, and everything else I've thrown at the Audi.

I recently paid my car off, and it's the first vehicle that I plan on keeping for a while. I figured I should look into detailing and protecting it. I was referred to Nxt Level Detailing by one of my close friends. He spoke nothing but good things about this place. I, of course, looked through the reviews on Yelp and everyone is saying great things about this place. I reached out by filling out a form on their website. Jace ended up reaching out to me. He suggested I bring the car by and he can give me a recommendation and provide me with a quote. I sorted out some time that worked best for me and brought the car by. I showed him the spots of concern and asked how I could protect the interior as well. I knew for sure I wanted the exterior ceramic coated. My main concerns were removing the water spots that have formed on my car. He provided me with recommendations and their pricing. He even showed me some of their vehicles that have had different stages. I left my keys in his hands, agreed to the quote, and then I was off to go on a weeks vacation. During that entire time, Jace kept me up to date on my cars progress. They even finished ahead of schedule which aligned perfectly with me driving by their place on my way back home from vacation so I could pickup my car on my way back. The car looked great! Jace told me that not all the water spots came out and I expected that the be the case. The water from my metal awning that I park under will drip as condensation forms and it leaves minerals behind. Regardless, the car looked great. Jace gave me insurrections on how to protect the ceramic coating and shared that he would reach out in a couple of weeks to see how things were going with the detail. After a few weeks, I did notice some hard water spots still on some of my glass. I reached out to Jace and we worked out a day and time for me to come back so they could look at it. He told me they were going to do another detail and wash on my car for me at no cost. I wasn't expecting that at all. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. When my car was complete, another employee was talking to me about the spots. I didn't catch his name, but he helped educate me on water contamination when it comes to vehicles. He said that some of the spots are etched into the glass and they got out what they could. I really appreciated him sharing his knowledge with me so I could better understand as well. Nxt Level Detail is by far the best place when it come detailing and protecting your car. I highly recommend coming here. The level of service and the end product are far above any place I've been to in the past.

Thank you for making our miata look like a McLaren! This is our 8th car with them and we love it every time they do one of our cars

Oveis at Nxt Level Auto Protection ("Nxt Level") made my experience worth every cent and worth all five stars and more. Oveis is a consummate professional. Oveis helped me make all of the RIGHT decisions regarding the balancing of my vehicles' protection needs, my protection goals, and my monetary investment. Accordingly, simply because of Oveis I will unquestionably go back to, and enthusiastically recommend, Nxt Level for any future applications of tint, PPF, paint correction, detailing, and/or certified ceramic coating. Oveis, Jace, and the Nxt Level team are absolutely phenomenal! I found Nxt Level off of LLumar's website, since Nxt Level is one of the select few authorized LLumar retailers in the area. I knew I only wanted LLumar films. I spoke with and got quotes from all three of the local area LLumar film authorized retailers. I selected Nxt Level because of their customer service experience, knowledge, customer reviews, and because of the caliber of vehicles with which they work. Nxt Level is admittedly not the cheapest authorized LLumar retailer, but Nxt Level is the best! You actually get what you pay for and expect at Nxt Level, i.e., perfection!! I cannot stress enough about how Nxt Level's customer service and transactional process is the BEST! Nxt Level actually cares; they actually listen, they educate, they are patient; they are responsive; they are friendly; and they are professional. I entrusted Nxt Level to apply tint to the windows on two vehicles: a 2024 Lexus RX350 with 50% on the windshield and 15% on all other windows; and a 2023 Subaru WRX with 50% on the windshield, 30% on the front driver's and passenger's side windows, and 5% on all other windows. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. My vehicles look amazing and are much cooler. I HIGHLY recommend Nxt Level for all of your tint, PPF, paint correction, detailing, and/or certified ceramic coating needs. Nxt Level is simply the best!!!

If you are looking for a solid PPF, window tint & detailing company this is it look no further. Jace helped me with my 2024 Toyota Land cruiser and let me tell you this guy knows the products he sells inside and out. He takes the time to explain every option and the process from start to finish. Customer service here is top notch and they are really accommodating to specific needs you may have. I ended up doing a full Llumar 10 year PPF front clip with ceramic coating on the rest of the truck and full Llumar ceramic tint . Pricing was very competitive and overall I'm very satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to refer a friend to this business.

Did not cut cleanly. Some were tucked in, some were not.

Went to this shop to get a full body PPF and tints. Jace did a good job explaining what they plan to do and the steps they will take to get these things done. I appreciated the time he took to share his knowledge about PPF and tints. However, the execution is another story. There were numerous dust particles within the films on multiple panels. And over half of the edges weren't adhered/cut/tucked in properly. They are very visible from 3-6 ft away under the sun due to the bright reflection of the poor cuts and adhesion. Friends and family members were able to see those areas easily, and many of them asked about what happened. My wife also joked about how I spent so much more money to get my car wrapped but had so many issues compare to her going to a much cheaper shop that got wonderful results on her PPF... They tried their best to fix some spots over 2+ months, but weren't able resolve majority of the areas, because there were just too many places to fix. And there was no way for them to redo those panels because to them, because these are supposedly acceptable based on their quality check SOP. The photos are just a few examples out of the many (I shared over 30 photos with them) of the different areas that didn't meet expectations. I'm sure they've done better jobs on some of their cars, but it was very disappointing for me. Definitely won't be going back there for my other cars. Overall, YMMV at this place.

My GT4 with full stealth ppf!

It has been over a decade since I've been coming to this place for my car washes and ceramic coating. They do a solid job and the prices are good for the quality you get. Everyone here is friendly and efficient. Steve, the owner, is great to work with and used to man the front of the house here. However, I've noticed that he's not always here and he has someone else taking care of the phone calls and checking in. All in all, great service from everyone. Prices are up-to-date on their website, which I appreciate. First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.
