Took my large Toyota SUV in for the full interior/exterior detail, cost $499.00 At pick-up I did a cursory inspection and everything looked great. After I got the car home I did a more through inspection. Unfortunately they neglected to clean under the roof-rack cross bars (see photos) and the hood stone/bug deflector. At first I thought it was corrosion under the crossbars but using a bit of Dawn dishwashing liquid and a microfiber cloth it was just built-up dirt that came right off. It just needed a little extra effort. After I pointed this out in a text I expected an apology and/or offer to make it right. Received neither, so this review. I deducted one star for not doing the first class job I paid for and a second star for lack of communication. So three stars is what they earned. read more

I recently purchased a new 2020 Tesla Model 3 and I really wanted to protect the paint on my car so I immediately started researching options. WOW! Marco is an excellent auto detailer! I inherited a 2004 G35 from my Uncle. He was original owner and he did not pay much attention to upkeep of interior. Just had both my cars detailed by Marco at OCD, to echo the other reviews, the job done was exceptional. Marco took great time and care to bring our cars back to life, the products used are superior, no greasy crap on the interior and high quality polish and sealants for the exterior. We have an Audi SQ5 (black) and a BMW 335 (Estoril Blue) both braved multiple winters in Chicago and the clear coat was a bit rough. With just a 1 step cutting polish the life was brought back to the paint and a majority of the swirls were removed. This will be an annual event for both my cars and I highly recommend Marco and his work. UPDATE 3/9/18 I recently purchased a C63s and simultaneously broke my leg... fun. I've had my car detailed twice now by Marco and really appreciate his service. He arrives early to the scheduled time window, he is nice and professional. Everything you expect from a business owner. What's important to me when supporting a local business is the level of pride and integrity the owner and/or employees put forth when servicing their customers. Pride goes a long way in the product that is delivered and I can tell you that Marco has that when he details your vehicle. There's a lot of care in what he does. My car is pristine afterwards. The second detail service he had asked if my car was detailed any other time after the one he did, which I replied it wasn't. He could had easily charged me the full price that I had requested, but because he didn't have to do a full detail since the car didn't need it, he charged me the price of an express detail instead. I appreciated his honesty and that is the level of integrity some businesses lack as they are more concerned about the profit than retaining a customer. I'll echo so many of the other posts; not a big writer of reviews but when someone does such an exceptional job it's a pleasure to invest some time to support their business and help get the word out. Marco and crew get all the givens right - show up on time, communicate well, price fairly, and know their craft. But it's the attention to detail that really puts his work over the top. Marco does both my cars - a newer daily driver and Marco has it looking perfect; truly- but also my "play" car which is what prompted this review. It's a truck with a few years on it, whose sole purpose is getting gear to and from the ocean and mountains. It's a mess (and should be) - kayaks and gear bags hauled on the roof, wetsuits and fishing equipment tossed in the back, and plenty of trips through the mud - and yet today its embarrassingly clean. I mean I kind of want to go throw dirt on it lest it gets mistaken for some sort of OC garage princess. The engine bay looks brand new, the salt stains on the weather stripping are gone, and the dirt on the back side of the roof racks' fairing gone. I seriously can't find any loose sand in the upholstery. I just looked again. Carefully. TLDR; Immensely happy repeat customer and will continue to be so in the future, Thanks Marco! read more

Wow! Just wow! My little Fiat looks amazing inside!! I recently purchased a used 2012 Fiat from an auction and it was in need of some TLC! The cloth seats had stains and badly needed shampooing. There were dark stains on the headliner. How? Don't ask me! I messaged Marco for a quote for an interior detail and he was prompt to respond and answer my questions.
