The older man told him he was not going to take care of me since he was first. Didn't seem to care about customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for something that took 5 minutes ti complete. I haven't been there since and will never return. I go to another Leslie's pool business on Bell and 35th avenue who really take care of their customers.

Now we are having some issues with our filter so I again called Leslie's. The person I spoke to on the phone did not have English as her first language. However she was nice. I was offered two time slots-8-12 or 12-5. I chose 12-5 as I work mornings. She said the technician would call 15 minutes out to let me know when he was on his way. Bright and early (about 9:00 am) I receive a text from the 800 number stating the technician was on his way. I immediately responded because I was not home. A few minutes later he arrived at my home. I could see him on my Ring Doorbell. I called again I spoke with a person with a very strong accent who insisted my appointment was set for 12-5. I asked her to change it. She said she would and would call me back to confirm they could still come today. After an hour passed without a return call I called again. Another person with a strong foreign accent said there was no record of my previous call. She promised to follow through and she did. The technician didn't call this morning or this afternoon either. He just showed up. The technician was obviously overworked. Between complaints he said things like "This pool hasn't be backwashed in a long time" and the core is really old (1 year). Leslie's has my water and purchase records to prove my position the water has been balanced and I have maintained the chemicals and water balance. It went downhill from there. Everyone should know LESLIES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF THE US--That is why the accent is so strong. I believe it is in China or a similar Asian country. None of this is what I expected from Leslie's. I won't be using there Service again.

I got a skimmer attachment, a vacuum head, and a chlorine floater for about $30 total so I'd say the prices were very reasonable. The store was easy to navigate and I got help from one of the store's staff just before I had to ask for it. They packed up a few free items for me just for stopping in. I'll stick with NPS over the nearby competitors because I had a very good shopping experience here.

My wife said that she wanted 2 chairs for our pool, so I went online and was directed to your company. I called your store and was greeted by a gentleman named Nathan. He was so professional and very friendly. I asked him about the chairs and he asked me if he could check to see if they were in stock and call me back in a few minutes. I said absolutely, wondering if and when that would happen. I was so delighted that with in 5 minutes he called an apologizedfor the delay. He stated that he only had one in stock and would check how long it would take to get another. Again he asked me if he could call me back as the store was busy and he wanted to make sure that he could get a second chair as they normally only had one in stock. He called me back in 20 minutes and said that the store on Bell had 2 chairs in stock. As it turned out the Bell St. is closer. Having worked in retail for 45 years, I loved having employees like Nathan. Lucky for you that I retired and my former company doesn't have a store here as I would of tried to recruit him.

The motor stopped working in less a week, so I took it back in to the store and was talked to like a child by Paul, because I did the work myself and had questions. Paul specifically was always helpful in the past, but lately however he seems to hate his job and is passive aggressive/rude to customers. Randy is no better as he seems to be running on a short fuse and annoyed by questions we as customers have. Overall this location has changed to the point that as of today this was my last day as a customer. I just asked for a refund and will find another location to find another motor. I think businesses forget customers have other choices and do not have to be treated with disrespect like this.

He then told me it wasn't his problem and I would need to take it up with Hayward. He further told me that te problem was caused by rhe design of my pool and I was i would need to take it with Hayward. Good luck with that! Haywards customer service number tells me I have called out of hours but the are open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. I called at 4:30 pm local time on Monday and got this recording so I thought maybe it was North Carolina time so I called at 6:00 am MST and got the same recording. Anyway, after more than thirty years of doing business at this location I'm done!
