Mike Jasinski pjasinski@snet.net…read more2/13/19 Dear Sir/Madam, As a outpatient veteran, within the Danbury area, I`m very grateful of your origination, for years it saved me time and travel, along with the professional service I always received, but yesterday morning (approx. between 9:30-10:30 AM)while I was having my blood drawn, by this very nice technician and as I was getting ready to leave, another I believe she was another technician, and we were discussing the weather, and left with a, have a nice day and be careful with ice outside, when this young Latino boy entered the room as I was saying goodbye, and he remarked to me not to come back, I was shocked, and remarked that I probably wouldn't, at the same time the girls rebuked his remarks, looking at him face to face, he looked serious. I`ve got no idea what that this was about, but it kind of frighten me a bit, especially within the health industry, don`t know if he is a technician, but I wouldn`t want him drawing my blood, I feel I have a obligation to say something, as they say," see something say something." Signled in and waited 25 minutes to find out would still be waiting for 30 to 60 minutes before they would get to me. while sitting in the lobby, we waited 18 minutes before the one employee walked out to call the person in line. Customers to go at 6am do not come there to wait an hour for service. Would NOT recommend !!!

I'm typically taken on time as well and the blood draw is efficient, even for someone who has a hard time giving blood from time to time. Ramaa is always wonderful. So friendly and easygoing and makes the process as enjoyable as it can be. Good sized parking lot and waiting area. Very clean facility!

They never mentioned about insurance not covering otherwise I would not have gone through with it. Not going here again as this is the second time. Will be going to the CVS minute clinic.

If you can't service walk ins, don't offer it as an option...what a waste of an hour waiting to draw blood for an 83 year old woman with cancer. 2- This is a cold place. It's a waiting room with chairs and a kiosk..you can't speak to anyone and it's very apparent that's the way they like it. I hope this is a Quest thing and not the future of medicine.
