Don't do what I did which was not paying attention to what I was doing. I arrived at my appointment early. I swiped the bar code I saved on my phone and it wasn't taking....so I tried numerous times, I put my license in when it asked for that numerous times, hit restart and kept trying over and over. There is no one at a reception desk because there is no reception desk and no one else was waiting in the waiting room so I was free to make a fool out of myself for quite a while. I got a message that they did not have an appointment for me. I got a message did I want to make an appointment for another day or later that day but I had to wait an hour in a half if I wanted one that day which I did not want to do of course. I was frustrated. All of a sudden this blonde phlebotomist, Judy, came out. She was like an angel coming threw the doors. She said someone mentioned I was having a problem and I thought ugh...someone actually saw me doing this? She told me I did not have the right address. I was expecting to get thrown out. But she took me right in. Then we had an issue that my doctor had not forwarded the form. No problem, she called him and got it. Judy was so helpful, compassionate, patient, great to talk to, very professional, and it was obvious to her that making people happy was something she did. I would absolutely recommend this location. Make sure you have the right location when you schedule.

Didn't want to have to wait to be seen by my primary care physician, so I made an appt at DOCS for first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, their Wi-Fi wasn't working and a few other systems were down, so Karen (who I believe is the manager) had to really hustle to manually take care of all of us patients. I felt badly for her as there were several of us already waiting and I'm sure more were about to file in. Not only did she handle it all with a smile, but somehow they managed to get me in to see the doctor (Michelle - perhaps a PA? I can't recall but who cares she's AWESOME) and back out the door within an hour of my scheduled appointment. Entire staff was kind, attentive, professional and made me feel like they truly cared. My appointment wasn't rushed and I left with the script I needed. I really appreciated the care I received and am happy to leave this good review without hesitation. I needed to go back to DOCS again today, and my visit was just as seamless as my first. Karen, Jad (sorry if I've misspelled your name!) and Michelle are all SO wonderful. They're exceptionally professional, kind, warm and knowledgable. To say they have a good "bedside manner" is truly an understatement. I have loved my PCP at a local private practice, but these guys are all so good that I'm seriously considering making a change and sticking with DOCS. Thank you again for the exceptional care!!

She grabbed me ice packs to help calm it down and was extremely nice in a somewhat embarrassing situation. The doctor Michelle was very caring and thorough. When i told her I was feeling extremely nauseous, she went to get me Zofran from her office before continuing the exam. She tried to be as fast as possible to prevent extra pain. They really seemed to care and were very kind on a very busy weekday morning. I would say I was first seen by the doctor around 9 am but i made a last-minute appointment and there were 3 people already waiting to be seen when I arrived. I have very bad anxiety at the doctor for various reasons and don't even have a primary care doctor because of it. But I'm thinking of utilizing DOCs as my primary care now

We saw Dr. Hernandez-Trujillo, who had terrible bedside manner, but that could be looked past. We had a skin test done and the results prompted Dr. Hernandez-Trujillo to order bloodwork. She had told us that in the meantime she would prescribe an EpiPen. When we went to get the prescription we were told hadn't been called in and had to call the office multiple times over multiple days to finally get the prescription to the pharmacy. (Meanwhile, our son couldn't be in childcare without the EpiPen) We got his blood work done two days after the initial appointment and results came in a few days after that. We waited a week before calling the office to see if it was reviewed, and additional four days later, we still hadn't heard, so followed up again and we're told they would call us back. Hours later we talked with someone in the office that was incredibly insensitive and rude, including laughing at my husband for asking what the next steps would be and to clarify what "strict avoidance" meant. She was incredibly unhelpful, despite telling us that the results show a severe allergy, chiding us for not looking at the patient portal when it was updated 30min prior to them calling us. TL;DR : we had to follow up to get a prescription and blood test results, everyone we interacted with was a rude and insensitive, and the entire time we felt like we were an extremely low priority, despite having a life-threatening allergy identified for my 1yo.

The lady who did my blood test told me that i can get the result next day. If they are that busy and do not have a minute to call their patients i think they don't care for their patients emotions. i was so stressed these three days.

They said the pain was probably caused by old and un-sharpened instruments that were not properly taken care of and that the procedure was not even necessary.

When he arrived, they asked for a urine sample, but he couldn't provide one right then. They told him he could come back later to drop it off, but only with another appointment. He didn't book one and returned as a walk-in. Waited over an hour just to be called, then all he did was hand over the sample and place it on a cart inside the office. That was it--no further assistance, nothing. Total waste of time. It feels like they're forcing appointments just to look busy and pad wait times.

Unfortunately, the online system wouldn't allow me to add the other labs without canceling the glucose appointment, so I chose to proceed with the glucose test and planned to hand in the additional requisition upon arrival. I didn't think this would be an issue, especially since Quest accepts walk-in patients and I was going to be there for two hours. It seemed reasonable that the extra labs could be drawn during the same visit--specifically, one hour after drinking the glucose solution and again at the two-hour mark, for a total of three needle sticks. I didn't see the need to schedule another appointment just to return for a fourth draw when I was already there for an extended period. When I explained this to Carla and gave her the additional requisition, she looked me in the eye and told me I'd need to make another appointment and come back for those tests. I calmly explained what had happened with the online system and said I was unable to return, and that it made sense to draw everything while I was already there. She reluctantly added the tests and told me, "Next time you'll have to make an appointment," followed by, "I'm not trying to give you a hard time." When I tried to show her on my phone what happens when you attempt to add multiple tests online, she refused to look and said, "I don't need to see that." Then, while I was seated quietly waiting for the draw, she noticed my water bottle and asked if I had been drinking from it. I told her yes, and that my midwife said I could and had written it on the instructions. Again, she responded with, "I'm not trying to give you a hard time." By this point, I felt extremely uncomfortable with how I was being treated. I told her that I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and have never been treated this way by a medical professional. I said her overall attitude from the moment I walked in had been off-putting and unsettling, and that I preferred not to continue speaking. She then said another tech would complete the timed draws at 7:50 and 8:50. It was upsetting to be treated this way when I was simply trying to be practical and efficient during an important prenatal test. The reaction I received felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive, especially considering I was already going to be there for hours.
