Having a sick child sit in the car seat for over an hour, While fight high fever and buckled in. This happened All through the cold, rain and heat. I couldn't unbuckle my child from car seat and drive my car into the barn. No waiting area! My child was helpless. Barn was not child friendly- no kid rooms. Patients were seen in car. After a year of this and countless tears and waiting 1.5 hours for my child to be seen I broke down with Nurse and said I cannot do this to my toddler. I switched and never looked back!

If you hate to wait (or have a tight schedule), it might be frustrating. When my child is sick or has an issue - I don't want to feel like I have to go home and look things up on the internet to confirm the pediatrician gave me all the options and was up on the most current guidelines, research etc. I trust Westchester Pediatrics to tell me what I need to know and that's it.
