***(860) 210 - 0580 is their Fax #. Be sure to have a hard copy lab script in hand or have your provider fax over the script at least one hour in advance. This information should be posted on the website and placed on a recorded message for those scheduling appointments to avoid anyone wasting time creating an appointment and not being provided the requested service. I drove some way rushing to arrive for a scheduled appointment at 3:40pm, the last one for the day. On arrival I provided a digital script and was told that without the hard copy script they would need to reschedule for me to come back another day; they could not do the requested blood work without a paper document. I had my MD office fax over the script as soon as the number was given to me to insure the necessary paper would be provided. Then the lab technician said I would still need to reschedule since their "fax is slow and incoming faxes take about an hour to come through." The hours for the day end at 4pm and they took another patient without an appointment as I was leaving. Necessary Paper?!? One hour Fax?!? UC Berkeley had humanoid robots walking around campus. At this year's CES/Consumer Electronics Show, flying cars were all the rage. Please Quest, time to update your systems to 2024. read more

They used to have a very quick walk in service. Not any more. They switched back to the appointment system which didn't work for me online. Went through the whole appointment signup and at the end the recording said they had a technical problem and start over. Last time I was here they didn't take appointments. So basically it's wasted my entire morning trying to get into 3 different locations. And now I sit waiting here. They changed the operation and in my view are making the patient do the work. read more

I needed blood work for my annual physical. This quest is the closest to my house. Very convenient for me. Parking in the front. I was in and out in about six minutes. That includes the time it took to update my insurance. I don't think I've ever had a better experience when getting blood taken. I would highly suggest making an appointment. They took me inside as soon as I signed in. The people with walkins were still waiting when I came out. read more

I made an appointment online using the quest app, and there were plenty of available bookings, I arrived on time and checked in using the check in station by the door, I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival and out the door within 5 more, it was a seamless experience, I was greeted warmly by Ramaa, and she confirmed all of my information professionally and quickly. Her phlebotomy skills were sharp and efficient, she painlessly stuck me with the drawing needle and took several samples of blood. It was my best experience in this office and I hope I can see her again for future testing, I get regular bloodwork done for ongoing preventative care. This office is always prompt when you make an appointment but something about Ramaa made this particular visit memorable, she was so warm and friendly, I wish every practitioner there took a page from her book. read more

Absolutely awful experience. I went online to the Quest website and booked a Covid test. I answered all the questions and indicated that I had symptoms and they gave me an appointment. I showed up to the appointment to be told that I would not be seen because I have symptoms. I was told to go to Urgent care. Why would you book an appointment with someone and then not let them into the appointment? read more

So awful. My son went to the doctor sick, needed a strap and mono test. Went to quest a New Milford and was told it was a three hour wait to put his name in and they would text him. He did not get a text and went back at 3 o'clock sat in a chair until 3:50 PM. He was the only one in the office and they came out and said no more walkins when they close at 4 o'clock. I find this disgusting, discouraging and totally unacceptable. Is this what's happening in our healthcare system.To also say no one ever answers the phone. This is not how we wanna treat our sick. Maybe we should pay attention more as a country. read more
