A very friendly gentleman welcomed me as I entered the building. It was a very open warehouse with pet food on all the outer edges and then a number of aisles of other pet supplies to the left and right. It was very spacious and could handle a lot of people and I suspect, pets as well, though I did not have mine with me at the time. I was there to pick up cat food for my son and daughter-in-law's cat, and he helped point me to the right direction for cat food, and because it was open shelving with tons of different foods on them, it was very easy to find. I asked if they had a smaller bag, unfortunately, they did not, but they had the kind that I was looking for. I went directly to check out and he took care of me and had a nice little conversation before I left. it seems as if they have a very wide selection of products and seem to be in a pretty good location.

This is $80 due me for batteries which were 3 yrs old from mfrs date at time of purchase. What more will it take to get my rebates?? How is a large corporation allow something like this to happen?? I mean they had my email address and phone number so surely someone could have called, texted, or emailed me if they was a problem with my address??
