The store is really open and very brightly lit, the walkways were clear and it looked very recently updated. The people behind the counter took care of me quickly and we're very friendly. She handled the transaction in literally seconds, gave me a coupon and thanked me for coming in. As I looked around the building, they seem to have a large selection men's women's kids, shoes, tons of stuff for everyone and I know that their prices are some of the best around for this type of clothes. I shop at Kohl's regularly.

This one is pretty nice and pretty good shape. It has been around for a while, but is in a busier area, but off the beaten path just enough that it doesn't feel busy. It has a lot of selection of items from furniture to groceries to Halloween decorations and other decor items. I didn't find what I was looking for when I was here, but was allowed to wander around the store to see if I could find what I was looking for. Things are a bit unorganized right now because they seem to have so much inventory, that some walkways were blocked a little bit, but not too much so that made it difficult to get around. I just went different ways based on what was open. Tons of furniture. The people at the front when I asked the question about what I was looking for, were very nice even though they didn't have what I wanted.

They answered that they issued the rebate in April but that USPS returned it to them- no reason given to me as to why. But said to give them my address and it would be taken care of - so I did but here a month later and still no rebates. This is $80 due me for batteries which were 3 yrs old from mfrs date at time of purchase. What more will it take to get my rebates?? How is a large corporation allow something like this to happen?? I mean they had my email address and phone number so surely someone could have called, texted, or emailed me if they was a problem with my address?? And I've lived in same place for 20 years so it wasn't like it didn't get forwarded!

Your employees are great. You don't have enough of them. Today is the 3rd time in just a couple…read moremonths that I have laid my purchases down somewhere and left because there was one person at the register and a long line of customers, and either there is an issue with the register or the cashier has to walk away to find someone or something they need. It's inefficient. I understand it's challenging to find great employees but you're going to have a hard time finding customers if we are waiting in line for 10+ minutes on a Sunday mid morning when things should be relatively smooth. I don't know if it's management or just poor overall business model but it's not good.

I went quickly to the front and reported to the (occupied!) cashier who IMMEDIATELY called for all hands on deck. Even with ALL the staff calling his name and covering the exits it took several minutes--seemed forever!--to find him, but they did!! He of course was found safe, hiding and totally unconcerned. HUGE THANKS and APPRECIATION for the great training and rapid response of everyone at Kohls Sunnyside! One place that doesn't feel bleak in this store is the marketplace area. This is where you'll find groceries like fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, bakery goodies and grab-and-go meals. The lighting here is nice and warm, in case you were wondering. They have multiple self-checkout machines, so checkout was very quick and easy. The parking lot was also nice.
