Cute store off the beaten path in Greenfield. Since I'm not from there and was just passing through - it took me a Minute to find. They had just opened when I arrived and were very friendly. They prices are extremely affordable and they also carry children's clothing which most boutiques I've been to don't have. I really enjoyed their selection of graphic tees. I'm a graphic tee addict and was able to siphon through a huge couple of boxes they hadn't put out on the store shelf yet. It made me feel like a VIP when the store owner offered me those boxes. I also really enjoyed their huge selection of leggings. And their sale rack left me going home with some dresses I never thought I'd wear. Cute little boutique located in Greenfield. I love the fact that they carry such a variety of sizes, not just tiny sizes like other boutiques. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they always have to text the owner to find out the price of something because it isn't marked. Most of their prices are affordable and they have a sweet little clearance room where just about everything is $12.99. I found the cutest dress today for just $12.99!!! I couldn't believe it. The employees are always really sweet and helpful and I love the owners photography posted throughout the store. She also gives 10% of her proceeds to charities around the community. I love this little shop. I may not always find what I was looking for, but I'll always spot something I want! I love that the shop is kid friendly, and by that I don't mean that they tolerate kids running around like wild animals, I mean they have a gated play area. My daughter has a blast playing with different toys while I can browse around which makes it a much more relaxing shopping experience than any other boutique! read more

I LOVE this boutique and the owner is amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable about all the products. I always feel welcomed when I come in. They have a great range of styles and sizes. They make you feel so at home at Lucy. If you are looking for everyday clothing or you want to spice up date night, you have to check them out. I love to shop local. I love to support local business owners. After my 2nd attempt at spending a gift card by a loved one who paid for the card but it wasn't loaded correctly due to poor clientele I can tell you I will NOT be returning to shop at Lucy Couture ever again. Poor customer service multiple times by the owner just did it in for me. read more

70min of driving. 42 miles driven. All to be told the gift card you were given as a gift isn't good. TWICE! That's 84 miles and 2.5 hours of driving to shop a small town business. I have spent thousands on pictures and hundreds on clothing in the last year. After some digging, it turns out it's the fault of a previous employee. Being that I am experienced in small town family business, I'm certain that when someone who has this many problems has a remaining balance of $14... You write it off, apologize, and apologize again. Because that's the least you could do to give them a tiny little reason to return to your business. Customer service is a really important piece when it comes to a successful business. And let's not forget the shirt I ordered online, paid for and never received because you sold it to someone else and never bothered to let me know and refund my money until I called you. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Awful environment- floors were disgusting and tables and displays were covered in dust. Awful clothing selection. I actually picked up a pair of shoes I considered purchasing and they were also covered in dust...really people? Who owns this place? Heard of a mop? Will never be back here again, ever! read more
