Once you shop at Express, you're hooked - the amount of coupons and 40% off sales they have is absurd. Sign up for their rewards program to earn points redeemable for $$ off, and you're a fool if you pay full price for something here. My suggestion: wait till they're running a 40% off sale and stock up. You'll earn points you can redeem the next time they run the same sale, which is often. I have better luck at the Greenwood Park Mall location finding clothes in my size. I find that the other locations have a great selection of XS and S, but the Mediums are few and far between. Not here.. I've never walked out of this store not finding the size of a shirt I wanted. The staff is extremely helpful too. I can say "I'm looking for.." and they'll start a fitting room for me and keep running clothes back and forth for it. It's great.. and probably the reason I get a great selection at a decent price, compared to the other men's clothing stores in the area.

I decided to buy a BRAND NEW LG washer from them, listed at $500. We decided on this one because it was new with the packaging as well as it coming with a 1 year warranty. All together my total was $570 which included taxes and delivery. The delivery man was about an hour late to delivery. I had to call the store owner only for him to tell me the delivery man was lost and he gave him my number, I asked for the delivery man's number. After speaking with him he arrived within a couple of minutes. I wasn't sure why he didn't just call as soon as he was lost because he had my number from the order form. He also showed up alone with no moving help, so my stepdad had to help move. If he hadn't have been there, there's no way the delivery man would have made it in successfully. He hooked up the hoses but didn't stay to allow us to make sure everything worked okay. Thankfully it did so there were no issues with that.

I knew I had to visit his local shop in Noblesville to see what else he had to offer. Although this is a newer business and there wasn't a lot in the store, I was still amazed by all the handmade concoctions for beard oils, lotions, soaps, etc. My husband thanked me for making him aware of this place and he said that he would no longer buy the oils he was used to buying online and would now shop at the Rugged Company. Support local! There are leather cuffs, t-shirts, art, etc in this eclectic space. You have to go just to see all the great stuff he has, not to mention his homemade coffee.
