The staff at this location are all so kind and knowledgeable. They're amazing at offering recommendations, and their return policy for dissatisfied pet opinions is amazing. I recently had a pup going through chemo, and they were great at helping me figure out how to best support her nutritionally. I love that you can check online for what they have in stock at any time as well. Hollywood Feed absolutely has the best food and treat options for my dogs, and their toy brands are fantastic for my more aggressive playing large dogs. Personally, I won't shop anywhere else going forward. I will note that parking at this location can be a bit difficult during busy times of the day/weekend, though it doesn't deter me. I try to go during the day or early on the weekend. There are a few 15 minute parking spots right out front, and they also offer curbside pickup and easy delivery. read more

I first started visiting Hollywood Feed several years ago when I adopted a pup who had been used to Fromm food. Hollywood Feed is the only area store that carries the entire line of Fromm food, and I have purchased several varieties of both dog and cat food. The best thing about Hollywood Feed is the employees. They are extremely knowledgeable about pet nutrition, and make great recommendations. Holly Feed offers free same day delivery which is super convenient. If I run out of food or treats and I'm unable to stop in the store I can order for same day delivery. read more

Ok, so I stopped in here looking for a "indestructible" toy for my 11 month old Sharpi-beagle mix pup and was blown away by the knowledge and attentiveness of the staff! The lady who helped me spent at least 15 min down the toy isle going through different options. ( let me just say their toy wall is huge!) She knew about the products, and even where they were made! And which toys offered replacements if your dog does end up destroying the toy. I never felt pressured to buy a particular brand either. But what was the icing on the cake for me was as I was checking out she continued to educate me on different chews they make for dogs (outside of toys) that are not rawhides, and sent me home with a bag full of different ones to sample at no charge. I've been in the retail business for many years and it's this kind of customer service that builds loyal customers. I 10/10 recommend this place. They're great. I bought a bunch of pumpkin stuff for my dog who couldn't shake the runs after a bad reaction to new food. The lady immediately asked if he had tummy issues. When I said I was taking him back to the vet, she suggested raw goats milk to try to rebalance the bacteria in the gut. She even had a handout! She showed me how much, told me how to feed it, and said I should hopefully see results in 3-5 days. Well, it's been 3 days, he's back to eating his food and he's got relatively normal poop. The fact she took the time to even talk to me about this amazed me, and that I now can wait on seeing the vet? Incredible. I love the store, though I do wish they had a wider variety of food. Sometimes I have to shop around because of the small size of the store. Either way, love it. Once they even watched my 4-year-old kid AND my 90 lb puppy (with puppy in a dog store energy) while I ran out to get my wallet, rather than try to drag them both back out and in. read more

The best of the best pet shops I've ever been to! The staff here is so sweet and so helpful/knowledgeable on all their products! Animals are more than welcome inside and when we brought our pup in she got super spoiled by all the freebies the staff gave us. They have tons of options for food and toys rather it be for a cat or dog. I have a cat with a chicken allergy and got to learn more about that and what food options would be a good fit for her. They do delivery as well and most of the time the items get delivered same day. Super convenient store with awesome people running it! read more
