The owner of this place usually takes care of us when we visit and today I visit alone. He flat REFUSES to sell me product. Ok, who has ever heard of a retail establishment that makes their money by selling product refusing to sell......product. He goes on to say that I need to go home and plant my grass seed, we can worry about weeds in the spring. Time is running out. So I did. Honesty goes a long way. I'll be back later to get other things I need. They don't rip you off just to make a buck.

I waited about 20 mins until they finally called and said I could come in. Which I did and found it was several people waiting so i waited my turn inline about another 15 minutes or so. Once it was my turn they weighed Remy and then i waited about another 10 minutes until it was her turn to be seen. The girl explained the different packages they had and I made my selection. When it was her turn they checked her out thoroughly and informed me of a couple of other things I was not aware of. The process was early and quick and we will be back.

After a second person came out to complete registration we had a discussion how I wanted my dog trimmed. When I picked him up thy had practically shaved my dog!!! He's a poodle i asked not to cut the top of his head just trim, they cut it down, his ears are uneven. This isn't the first time, but I gave them another chance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETCO IN SPEEDWAY, CRAWFORDSVILLE ROAD INDIANA!!! THERE GROOMERS ARE A JOKE!!!!!

Hollywood Feed absolutely has the best food and treat options for my dogs, and their toy brands are fantastic for my more aggressive playing large dogs. Personally, I won't shop anywhere else going forward. I will note that parking at this location can be a bit difficult during busy times of the day/weekend, though it doesn't deter me. I try to go during the day or early on the weekend. There are a few 15 minute parking spots right out front, and they also offer curbside pickup and easy delivery.

I needed bird food for my two large parrots and I didn't want to go on the long drive to Castleton where we usually shop for our bird supplies. I do not recommend this business. My 13yo daughter and I walked into this business and was greeted nicely. I asked if they had bird supplies was told they were in the isle I just passed. The woman stated that she did not have any millet because the resident cat used it for kitty litter. She said she was "thankful she didn't sell it to anyone" and that "she could KILL the cat". I was oddly taken back by that comment. My daughter and I continued to make our selection as I really wanted to get my supplies and get out of there. Then I hear her say, "I look RETARDED with my sleeve up from digging in the fishbowl." I was really bothered by that statement especially since my daughter was with me. She has Autism! Needless to say, we will not be shopping at that business ever again. Oh, and the food I did get is infested with these beetles....freaking GROSS.... Please note, the bug infestation "happens" that is not really the problem here, it is the fact that this owner is the most unprofessional business owner I have come across.
