But I didn't know they didn't have an actual clinic but it was a nice setup. I was told when I arrived to text and let them know I was here which I was about 15 mins early for my appt. I waited about 20 mins until they finally called and said I could come in. Which I did and found it was several people waiting so i waited my turn inline about another 15 minutes or so. Once it was my turn they weighed Remy and then i waited about another 10 minutes until it was her turn to be seen. The girl explained the different packages they had and I made my selection. When it was her turn they checked her out thoroughly and informed me of a couple of other things I was not aware of. The process was early and quick and we will be back.

The place was really busy, but I was able to speak to a very nice young lady named Evelyn (I believe... I'm extremely bad with names, but think that was it. If not Apologies). She really took the time to help me catch up on some of the changes in the hobby and focus in on somethings I think I may like. I have more research to do but will definitely be back when it comes to make some critical decisions and buy some of the key components such as aquarium itself, substrate, filtration, etc. Really appreciate the time she took with me. I'm not an expert to be able to "grade" The Reef like some may be able to, but I can speak to how they treated me today. The Reef seemed to have a depth of products to help someone just starting out at a small scale, to the very experienced hobbyist looking to go to the next level or the advanced aquarium keeper who needs to pick up some specific item. When he got home he starting having diarrhea. That progressed to him pooping blood, which we already knew happens when he gets something he isn't supposed to have. I called and they refuse to do anything on a refund saying that even though they messed up and gave us the wrong food back, they did not mess up in giving him something he wasn't supposed to have. They said "sometimes older dogs poop blood". If I wanted my dog to be in worse shape after two days I could have just left him alone at home and saved a couple hundred dollars.
