Love love love this place. When visiting we always make a stop to visit here to bring home snacks for my pup. Brought my pup this time and the workers kept giving out cookies to all the pups. Three Dog Bakery is such a fun and creative bakery. The employees are always friendly, offer their help and make you feel welcome. Today, I stopped in for an Easter Brunch snack that I had preordered for my dog, Khloe. It was packed nicely and ready for me when I arrived. I trust their products, everything in the case seems freshly made. My dog loves when I take her in with me. She gets lots of attention and they always have water for the pups by the door. We love taking our dog here because 1. He loves coming into stores with us and 2. We love supporting local! Staff is knowledgeable & sweet -- our dog always gets a free treat when he comes with us! The staff here is what makes this bakery my favorite to go to. They are super attentive and make you and your pup feel welcome. My dog loves all of their treats and they even personalize the bigger treats if it is their birthday. So I went here for the first time the other day. Unlike the reviewer who was helped an incredible deal (information about available products, directions, etc), but gave two stars due to a lack of hello (and the insinuation they should have helped hold her child while she browsed??) I am not going to let the lack of an initial "hello" cause me to overlook everything wonderful about this store. It is located sort of by the Buckle. Across from AT&T (or rather that General area) of Hamilton Town Center. There's parking spots out front and behind. Both were available when I went at around 8pm (they close at 9pm). I got three Dino bones. They were out of carob, but made some to personalize them for me. Which was wonderful since they were going to be closing in an hour. I had to get the Dino bones due to the length of some of the dog names (they weren't for my dog who has the short and sweet name Moscato). They packaged them in these individual boxes. Because I was going to be coming home with dog treats for other dogs, I had to get Moscato some. They do have gluten free treats. You're probably like "gluten free for dogs?" But actually some dogs have skin problems that can be traced to wheat in their diets. My dog has to eat rice based dog food. Wheat based treats are fine for her though. Some dogs might not be as lucky. But they are covered at ThreeDog too! I wound up getting my dog the Bulldog bar and the sundae pupcake. The Bulldog bar was WAY too large for my 14 pound Cairn terrier mix. I had to take it away as I could tell she was beyond full, but she was still staring at the treat as it was clearly tempting her still. They have a smaller version called a Bischon Bar. Would have been a far better choice and they're less than half the cost. The sundae pupcake was not a very big hit. Initially she ate the icing off. Then wouldn't eat the actual cake... I put it in her dish. She didn't eat it until the next day when she realized she wasn't going to get a different treat. I wouldn't buy that one again. Altogether I spent like $42 (including tax). So pricier dog treats, but my dog did love that one. read more

My first time into this branch & I loved it. The cashiers offered a treat to my puppy, but only with asking first. (Which I appreciated) There is great healthy options for training treats that you can't find at your super chain pet store. However, they don't have a wide variety of cheaper toys. My dog enjoys destroying stuffed toys over high quality toys such as Kongs. The store offers a great variety of top brand line toys. read more

Had never been here but received a gift card a few years ago I needed to finally use so stopped by! Very cool place! I didn't realize they bake the treats in house right in the store. There's a kitchen area and everything! Found a chew bone my dogs loved so had to go back and get two more (I have 3 dogs! usually if I buy 3 of something, they don't want anything to do with them.) Picked out some of their treats from the case too, and my dogs absolutely loved them! They would have eaten them all that night. I like that they are fresh and made with real ingredients, prob much more worth it than boxed treats. I thought their dog cakes were a little pricey and silly at first but now I'm really considering getting one for my dog's bday next month! I love the Three Dog Bakery location in Broad Ripple and thought I might love this one, too--this review is solely about customer relations, not about Three Dog Bakery's retail lines or products. We come to the Indy area frequently from Northern Kentucky, and always try to stop at Three Dog Bakery (and usually end up going a little overboard) for our 4 dogs, spending about $125.00 each visit. I was going to be in Noblesville for my Godson's 5th birthday so,I thought I'd see if there was a Three Dog Bakery closer to my destination. SCORE! I called first, right when I was getting off the exit to head to the birthday party and spoke to a very nice clerk, to see if they had the Earthdog hemp collars--yep--and to verify their hours. After the party, I drove to the mall. Lots of higher end shops with very little people buying. Because I was uncertain about "where" the shop was located, I stopped in a parking lot and called--explaining that I had called earlier about the Earth Dog collars--and, in luck, I was about one store front away! I pulled my already-asleep 2 and 1/2 year old out of the car, onto my shoulder and walked into the store. I went straight to the collars and looked at all the brands, over and over, sizes, etc. Buying a collar for a 115 German Shepherd takes some skill :) While I was looking through all the collars, my little one getting heavier all the time, I noted lots of people coming into the store, browsing. A few dog cookie purchases here and there. Each time someone crossed the threshold, they got a happy "Hello! Hi"...it occured to me that I hadn't gotten any greeting whatsoever. No one offered assistance, or asked if I had any questions. The clerks--baking--happily chatted up anyone and everyone...except me. People meandered in and out of the shop without buying anything, and after a time, I thought, "I guess I'm invisible". I made my decision on two collars and went to the register to check out. I politely mentioned that I had been completely ignored and that I found it a bit ironic, when I was the only person actually spending any money. The clerk seemed not to care.
