The staff was super friendly and our dog loved visiting the shop. She got to smell all the food and toys as well as pick her own treats. They have the actual bakery set up front by the register and some last quite a while without a fridge so we got to take some treats home on the plane. I've known about Three Dog Bakery for quite sometime, always thought it was the cutest place back when I swore I was a die hard cat owner for life... until a few months ago when we added a super spoiled Golden doodle to our family. When I found out we were getting our pup this was the first place I bookmarked. We finally got to visit around late August and it was everything I expected and more. They have it all. Homemade treats, bones, cookies, birthday cakes, & more. The bakery carries a wide variety of accessories for your pup too- collars, leashes, harnesses, toys, etc. Obviously any business has to make a profit so somethings may have been marked up, but their baked goods were a great price. We left with a whole bag of goodies and I only spent around $10. Customer service was nothing but fantastic. The women working let us sample a few things before purchasing and was even generous enough to send us home with a sample of some Freeze Dried food, which by the way my dog LOVES. What an adorable place! This place is by far the most bougie canine bakery I've ever set foot it. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't love every second of it. There's more treats here than you'll see at most human bakeries and the prices are great. Staff was friendly and helpful (not to mention patient as I got slightly overwhelmed by which one of the crazy number of options my dog would like best). My pup's favorite was the doggy donuts. In addition to the treats, there are dog collars, dog toys, dog magnets, dog party supplies...I think you get the idea. Best part by far was the dog employees they've got behind the counter. Such good pups! One ting to note is there's street parking outside so be prepared to pay for parking. And no cat treats, so you'll have to go elsewhere for those. Not sure why I haven't reviewed Three Dog Bakery. It is one of my dogs' favorite places to visit. For them it's because they get a free treat when they go to the counter (& now expect that from all businesses). For me it's the products! The displays are so cute and the ingredients are safe for our babies. We get birthday cakes for the dogs here every year (7 years and counting!). I can't walk in the door with a cake box without them going nuts- definitely the highlight for them. I stop in on every dog walk that goes that direction and pick up a couple things for the pups. They have a loyalty program as well - every so often we earn $5 certificates to redeem on future purchases. That's a nice perk! We've been bringing Pisce here for years -- sometimes with us and other times we just bring a surprise home -- and we always bring treats for doggo friends from here. My little guys always want to go in here when we are walking by. They usually have a bowl out front for dogs. I like that they have prepackaged chewies in mulitple sizes, as well as the baskets of individual ones in different sizes and flavors. I know they are sorta famous for their adorable little cookies and things like that, but sadly, our little guys have such sensitive tummies, that we can't really get them. I also appreciate that they carry the greenie pill packs--no way we could get our guys to take meds without those things. They have a pretty good selection of toys, leashes, and some harnesses and clothing for dogs. Nice staff and as with so many places, you can earn a $5 off coupon after spending ...I can't recall how much. But the point is, you spend here, there is a benefit/ small kickback. read more

One Saturday our mommy and daddy took us to Three Dog Bakery. We were both very excited. Since this was our first trip we didn't know what to expect. Upon entering the store sissy and I could smell fresh baked dog treats. Walking a little more ahead we found doggie treat heaven. Our mouths are watering. Big treats for me and little ones for sissy. All shapes and sizes. They even had ones with icing. While we chowing down on our free samples we noticed the toys. We looked at mommy and daddy with our saddest eyes. It worked! Sissy and I got to pick out a toy! Nosing around a little more we found some seriously quality grub. Quality healthy brands which we had some of before. Daddy knows I have knocked him down for this food in the past(it's doggone good). We met some friends here of course. Our new friends and us discussed the finer points of fresh refrigerated dog food. This place was a couple mile walk from my hotel and it was just a beautiful day so I didn't mind walking. The shop appears to be in a great area. Tons of local shops and delicious looking restaurants. Easy to locate. The shop is kind of small, but packs a nice punch! Tons of chews, toys, food, accessories, and fresh baked treats of course! My FAVORITE part of the bakery is they list ingredients. How darn cool and appreciative. I think prices are pretty fair and my dog loved the treats!! Usually, I go for the treat counter. I like that they have two.. one that is more of the "fresh" treats and others that are the harder treats that don't need to be refrigerated. Two of the pups I was shopping for are in Chicago, so I needed something that could last a little while, and another could have the fresh treats. I ended up getting a dog treat stocking with the name personalized on it. Kind of cute and something that was a little more meaningful than just a bag of treats. Asked about a gentle leader headcollar since my dog pulls and employee indicated I don't use one and then never said another word to me. Tried to make conversation about birthday cakes for dogs and woman never really said a word other then yes we make them. Not that I expect a full out conversation but felt as a potential customer maybe small talk might help make me feel like less of a burden and interest me in purchasing dog treats. I was considering buying quite a few to take home but decided against it due to the poor experience. The bakery seems very impressive and they have quite a few treats.
