Clothing prices are equal to Goodwill, but unlike Goodwill, they do offer discounts. Each day of the week is a different discount type. Active military and first responders get 30% off every day. They have 1 fitting room and sell a few snacks and drinks. The place is pretty big, but parking lot is small. Staff is very friendly. 1st Sat of each month entire store is 50% off, no exceptions. I was in there on 03/11/2026 I mentioned how their prices are out of control. The store supervisor came out and said if I didn't like it I could go to Goodwill and I said I know where Goodwill is. She continue to badger me grab the vacuum bags out of my hand and then grab the cart out of my hand and told me to get out I said I'll would like to make a donation to the homeless because she kept mentioning how the money goes to the homeless. I never felt so belittled in my life. I googled it but I'm not sure if it's right but it says it's battery if someone grabs something out of your hand so if that's true she shouldn't have grab the bags and the cart. As far as the homeless go if it wasn't a man I would have invited him into my house on them very extreme cold days we had but I'm a single woman that lives by myself. Hours are NOT 0900 open on Saturdays as website says. They apparently don't open until 1100, website needs updated Prices are marked high, so when 1/2 price days roll around... not as good of bargains as in past. Becoming less inclined to spend time and money here. read more

I enjoy coming here. Fair prices, but not as good as it used to be. I used to love coming here for the electronics and video games. They would have all types of stuff that I would get. They had everything, computers, phones, DVD players, and even video game systems. Everything was also priced very low. They would have a ps2 for $10 for example with like 3 games. Now they have barely any electronics and replaced the area with higher priced glass and clothing. I am taking a guess that they don't accept most electronics anymore. But that is what I loved about coming there. They also don't get games in that much at all now, when they do they look horrible and they are priced higher than they were before. Not as expensive as goodwills games. Good will prices games $6.00 each now (in my area) and hope house prices them for $2.00 or more if it is more popular. But they used to price them for $0.50. Not just games have increased in price, but everything has! They unfortunately don't have a good return policy. They only do store credit, and it expires after 30 days. I still do visit here quite often. The staff is extremely friendly and much better than before. They always remember me when I come in and it makes me want to come back more. I do definitely recommend coming if you are in the area. It is supporting the hope house, which is a charity for the homeless. Occasionally I do find something good. read more

Would have given this place 5 stars less than 6 months ago.. Prices have gotten so high, and in many cases more than other competitions such as goodwill, which is pretty horrible. At goodwill at least I know why they are high, to pay their huge salaries for the company leaders, but for a small locally run thrift store that is suppose to support and resale to the same community, highly unreasonable. Heard several customers while we were there making comments of the same nature. New management must be on profit sharing, and it shows in the prices, sort of sad :-( use to love this place, and loved donating here, but not knowing what they are going to resale it for. The Thrift Shop goal is to support giving a safe haven to the homeless while helping those that live there get back on their feet...it is called giving a helping hand. (Christ's most perfect direction to us). Donating and buying items at the Thrift Shop serves those directly in need...keeping the services and doors open to 3 counties. Also, the volunteers and management at the Thrift Shop choose good quality items to resale...things they don't sell are donated to Salvation Army..a WIN for everyone. What other store can you find a designer Kate Spade purse for $40... Or a Columbia fleece for $2.00. The "shopping hunt" is only half the fun....knowing you are being a Good Samaritan is the other half. read more
