This worked out perfectly! All of our guest loved how rich and moist the cakes were and I loved the value of cakes v. flower centerpieces. Our guest loved them so much that they ate them all! We had 1.5 slices allotted per guest and we still never had a taste. I can only believe that means they were delicious. I would most definitely recommend this vendor to a friend.

If you place an on-line order by Wednesday, Rustic Crust provides "Free Delivery" to your home that Friday. (Free delivery to Hamilton County, IN). So far, I've sampled the White Parmesan, Light Rye, and Jalapeno Sharp Cheddar Sourdoughs. We have also ordered the Brazilian Cheese Bread (the wife's favorite). My favorite, so far, is the Parmesan Sourdough, although, I must say, the Sharp Cheddar Jalapeno is amazing. (Pic below). I especially love the crisp golden crust of these sourdoughs. This Friday, I am looking forward to my first loaf of White Olive Sourdough. Rustic Crust / Luv Bakery creates their products with high-quality and natural ingredients. You can taste the love and freshness in each bite. I've sampled many sourdoughs during my travels across the United States, and I'd definitely rank Rustic Crust / Luv Bakery in the "top tier" for authenticity, taste, freshness, and quality. I highly recommend Rustic Crust / Luv Bakery. Give this place a try.

I went with a cinnamon powder caramel glaze, traditional vanilla glaze, blueberry crumble, and a lemon drizzle blueberry filled donut. They were jaw dropping good. The filling was something of a pie filling, delectable. The glaze wasn't too much and the hint of lemon was perfect. Friendly staff and a clean interior.

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! This bakery made my special family party a huge success, everyone enjoyed the food and remarked on how delicious it looked and tasted. Thank you SO much for making the event extra special

I don't even know where to begin... I came in for a pastry and left emotionally attached…read more Let's talk about the croissants. I had not one, but TWO -- and I regret absolutely nothing. The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.

I was not aware that there was more than one Lemon's Bakery Cafe in Central Indiana, however, it…read moreappears directly related to the expansion of Needler's Fresh Market. Much like the downtown Indy location, Lemon's is technically located within the Carmel Needler's. However, Lemon's has its own separate entrance and storefront while existing on the east end of Needler's. You can access Needler's directly from Lemon's Bakery Cafe. Lemon's has a small counter with display cases for its baked goods. Like the downtown Indy location, they offer sweets from Noblesville's Rosie's and they offer a variety of local coffees and a rather extensive list of coffee options. There's also a relatively small dining area with booths appropriate for 2-3 people. I found this area not entirely wheelchair friendly, though I could make it work. My best option was sitting at the end of a row of booths which put me pretty much close to the door on a rather chilly day. The employee working was super quiet but friendly and helpful. I ordered two chocolate frosted donuts, they have donuts, and I was honestly a bit stunned they were only $2 total. They do have higher-priced items, of course. The donuts were fresh and delicious and definitely hit the spot on a rainy, dreary day here in Indy. I appreciated that the doors were automatic doors and that there was accessible parking directly in front of the entrance. I also appreciated being able to check out Needler's, though to grab a cart you do have to go down to the Needler's entrance. While I wouldn't consider Lemon's a destination bakery, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in while in the area and this has become a nice little strip center with Needler's, a CVS, Roots Burger Bar, Rad's, and a couple other fun businesses to check out here. Business was steady in the few minutes I was here and it seems to be a stop for neighborhood families. If you're in the area and craving some baked goods Lemon's is a convenient, affordable option that also supports local!
