My 2001 CL 500 was shaking really bad, and I had no power brakes. I met Juan at Nu Benz early around 7am. Juan stated that I had to have an appointment but decided to help me anyway. He took the car in, and I took an uber to work. I spoke to Juan later that day. He stated that the car was repaired. Apparently, the brake booster was broken, and the part was no longer available at the Mercedes dealer. So, Juan took the part off of one of his Cl's on the lot and fixed my car along with a radiator leak. All I can say is Juan did not lie and extra charge me. He charged me a minimal amount of money. Then the day before I was taking it in for service, the check engine light came on and the car wouldn't move. I was prepared for bad news, but he asked me a few questions when it was flatbedded to his shop and instantly could tell it was the fuel pump. He fixed the fuel pump and the brake's (only 2, not all 4), and I'm back on the road. A lot of shops can work on many vehicle types, but if you have a MB I recommend Nur Benz. It's all they do.
