Went in for a blinker light and got the best service! Fast, friendly, and very kind. I am pleased to find another spot when I'm in a pickle.

Tony and his team take the best care of my E350. I have been going to them for 6 years. They don't inflat your car needs. They are genuine. The service top notch. read more

i never look forward to taking my car in for service but i am always happy when i leave Europa's because i know I am getting value and excellent service for my money. Tony is very honest and always tries to help me save a few dollars. I will never take my mercedes anywhere else. i highly recommend him! read more

Took my car to a different shop last year and they wanted to do so much to my Mercedes that I contemplated selling my car. I took my car to Tony at Europa soon afterward and found that I didn't need so much done and that he was honest, realistic, and charged fair prices. Every time I've taken my car in, the work is done quickly, and well. He's also friendly and I appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell or scare me into doing more maintenance on my car. read more

Fast, reliable, knowledgable, reasonable prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Better than a dealership.

Just needed advice and Tony was honest and knowledgeable. If you can't handle the truth don't ask him. I will be back

Tony is an amazing honest mechanic . Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend

I have had four BMWs. Three were purchased new and the day the warranties ran out were also the days I moved the cars here. I have never met anyone more straightforward, trustworthy, and honesty in taking care of our cars including one Mercedes. Tony seems to be more of a word-of-mouth business. One of my colleagues recommended his business partner years ago. All I can say is the customers I know or have met are fiercely loyal and protective of them. Because finding a resource that is so honest and engaged is rare. read more

Tony is a very talented mechanic He knows exactly what he is doing He knows what's gonna fail you in the future and what is in good shape I checked this place out recently and I found Him to be almost cocky but that's good in a mechanic The thing I laughed at was the part where one of these reviews said that he was the most "honest" That made me chuckle "No matter how good you are If your not honest nothing matters " You will find you can do a lot of the work yourself When he charges $300-$400 just in labor That to me was a deal breaker Didn't take me more than 20 min to completely replace the part I have a Modern sedan so I knew that part would be kinda pricey but the labor was almost just as much as the part If your looking for honest Look somewhere else If you have the extra money to donate Be my guest He does get the job done well after all read more

I have been taking my Mercedes SLK to Tony for over 10 years since he was in Santa Monica. Due to his great service I followed him to Inglewood. Honest and reliable service. Thanks read more

Tony is the man. Professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. Finally a mechanic you can trust that looks out for the best interest of the client with the utmost transparency. Been going to Tony for 10 years now for my Mercedes Benz and admire his high level of integrity and ethics. Money is spent at Europa Motors is money well spent. read more

Tony goes above and beyond for his customers. I had battery drainage problem in my 2001 ML320 Mercedez and I was caused by a shortage. Problem was, where is shortage? Tony spent the whole day trying to find that shortage and manage to just charge me for the diagnosis fee. He even refilled my steering fluid and the other mechanic, Jorge, also got the overhead light to work again. If you need affordable and high-quality work done on your car, this is the place to go to. read more

If you own a Mercedes Benz, this is the place to go. Hands down, don't bother looking anywhere else. When I was looking for a shop to take my older diesel Mercedes I found Europa was highly recommended on some online forums and had good reviews on yelp so I gave them a try and I'm glad I did. Tony went over my car with a fine tooth comb when I first brought it in. He pointed out a lot of things that another shop and I missed. Tony is very knowledgeable, honest and will break everything down to what repairs are necessary, what repairs to expect in the future, and recommendations on other repairs but he will not try to hard sell you on anything. The quality of the work is excellent and they use OEM parts whenever possible. I feel a little bad because my car has been proven to be very difficult for a few repairs including tracking down the replacement parts, but Tony makes sure that everything gets done the right way to his satisfaction and I am very grateful. read more

What can I say Tony and Jorge are extremely knowledgeable and awesome all around!!!! Trust me when I tell you that they are HONEST men and will definitely tell you what you really need for your vehicle. The few comments on here that are negative trust me they are either fake or super cheap individuals! We all know that if you own a Benz it comes with a price or any newer vehicle comes with a price. I've been coming here for couple of years and will continue because of great customer service and awesome work. Thanks Guys! read more

Brought my CLS 550 along with my G63 AMG aka GBody for maintenance and repair. Spoke with Tony great guy and very humble and Jorge one of the best Mercedes mechanics I know very knowledgeable specially in the CLS models basically knows it in and out. Great prices compared to the dealer and I dealt with zero BS Tony is very straight forward what is needed and recommended without trying to rape you like the dealers and other shops will. If you drive a BMW Mercedes Audi it comes with a responsibility of getting the best service and these guys will do it. Thanks you guys Cuba Libre!!!! read more

First of all I want to thank Tony for taking necessary precaution when a strange noise erupted in my BMW 330CI. He recommended that I tow it in and his knowledge avoided a major transmission problem. I had a sheared flex plate and Tony managed the repair effectively and in a very timely manner. Tony closed the shop for Christmas and let me know my repair was in process. He surprised me when he and Jorge came in between Christmas and New Years to complete the repair and true to form, his high quality work came in at a very fair price. He and his team are amazing and I highly recommend Europa for all your Mercedes/BMW car repairs. read more

Even a broken clock is RIGHT twice a day but TONY is right every time !! I am so glad I found this place TONY is honest and will keep you posted every step of the way . My go to place for my car ! read more

The reality is, when you go to a facility that offers services, such as a mechanic's shop, either you accept what the mechanic says as reality or exaggeration. In this case, Tony is both knowledgeable and ethical. Thank you, Tony for your great service! It's very much appreciated! read more

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good pair of jeans - sometimes you're lucky to find a good fit. Tony's been my mechanic for at least 3 years now and he's great! Very honest and the repair prices are much more affordable than going to a dealership. He explains everything about the repairs very well and never makes me feel like I'm asking dumb questions. He's even explained the diagnostic reports, so I'm aware of what the alert messages mean on my dashboard. After each service/repair, he always writes on my receipt what service/repair will be coming up. Not at all pushy, but lets me know that in so many miles I need to replace brake pads, or fix a thermostat, etc. Unlike other places that will do repairs without you knowing and then tell you after the fact. Overall, Tony is very professional, charming and nice. I've recommended many of my friends to him and they all say the same thing - "What a nice guy!" read more

*TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE* *GREAT MECHANIC* A friend of mine referred me to Tony when he was in Santa Monica. After reading and seeing the 5-star reviews, I decided to bring my car to him. I have been a faithful customer ever since...and would follow Tony wherever he moved! He's honest, he's trustworthy and he's fair! So rare to find! I recommend him 100%! read more

Wow!!! There are still honest mechanics in LA!!! Well......... at least one ;) My mother needed some work done on her 06' C350. After getting a few really high priced quotes from other mechanics I asked a few friends and was referred to Tony. He repaired my mothers car for close to half of what the other mechanics were charging and was very honest and thorough about other work that should be done soon. He also replaced my buddy's ML320 coolant reservoir tank a couple days ago. Within a matter of hours, he ordered the part, had it delivered and installed it . Car was ready the same day. If you have a european car i''d definitely recommend stopping by here and checking. Even if its just to check out his awesome Vintage 1961 Mercedes parked inside. Thanks Tony! read more

This review is quite overdue but Tony is an amazing Mercedes mechanic! Very happy to have found this place in the Venice/Mar Vista area. I've brought my car here at least twice now, one to diagnose a very odd, potentially super expensive transmission issue. The second for regular service and oil change. In both instances, Tony went above and beyond what was required. Explaining everything that was done and why it was done. Explaining why some things would need to be fixed now and why other things could wait indefinitely. I have grown to very much trust what is recommended here, which sometimes can be difficult at local mechanics. To top it off, Tony is very personable, has an excellent memory about the smallest things and someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mercedes mechanic in the area. My only sad point is Amex isn't accepted here, but what can you do. read more

I found Europa Motor from Yelp. With all good reviews, it is worth a try. Now, I am happy I have trusted the reviewers. The service was great. Tony and George are friendly, informative, and skillful. The price is reasonable. This will be my goto place in the future. My MBZ has long passed warranty. It does not make sense sending the old car to a dealership as they always charge for high price and they always demand to replace many parts. I have sent to a couple of other service shops. I was not satisfied by either the quality of the service or by the price I was charged. Like the other reviewers commented, Europa is absolutely top notch and excellent service. read more

Went in to service my 2014 S550 and could not have been happier with the experience. I wanted to make sure I went to a certified and professional Mercedes-Benz shop, and I found a gem. I was also adamant about finding a good compromise for going directly to a dealer, as they usually charge an arm and a leg just to look at a car. This place is definitely fair when it comes to prices, and above and beyond when it comes to service. I will definitely be taking my car here moving forward, and I can't say enough good things about Tony and Jorge. read more

I have been bringing my cars to Tony for years now. I wrote a review when he was at his old address, about 4/5 yrs ago, and now he has moved to a new location, CONGRATULATIONS on your new place. I know Tony specializes in Mercedes, and I had owned 5 of them, from 1967 200 Diesel to 1998 E320. Now that we own different cars (Cadillac, Toyota and Mitsubishi) I still bring them to him for maintenance, etc. I have sent my friends to him, and they too were glad to find him. I think the key ingredient why I keep coming back is "TRUST". Thank you for always having been honest, and letting me know what work needs to be done, and what can wait a little longer. read more

I'm kinda late on my review but these guys are incredible! I had a 2001 ml320 and they repaired my vehicle twice, unfortunately with the age of my vehicle I decided it was best to trade it in. I just hate im no longer a Mercedes owner because they are honest mechanics who aren't in the business of taking all your money. Thank you George and Tony read more

I have never worked with such an honest mechanic in my entire life. I take my Mercedes in for regular service, and he always provides reasonable recommendations. If he doesn't think I need to do it right away, he actually says "You can probably wait a month." (This has NEVER been my experience!) He's a kind, timely and does GREAT work - pretty much everything you'd want in a mechanic! read more

Tony provides THE BEST customer service. I appreciated his thoroughness, attention to detail and explaining everything that I needed done on my car. I took my car in to get a quote for a Service B on my Mercedes. He went the extra mile and changed my headlight bulb and topped my fluids off and just told me to pay him for the headlight bulb the next time I came in for the actual service. This was an amazing experience compared to the last place I took my car to for a quote in the area, who wanted to charge me $800 for something that I didn't need. Tony is very knowledgable, honest, informative and just seems like an overall good person. I would highly recommend him and will be taking my car in to his shop from now on. read more

Best mechanic, especially for older Mercedes-Benz cars. Tony is honest, patient, fair and thorough. He has always done great work on my 560SL. Highly recommended. read more

Awesome mechanic. Great customer service!!

I was in need of a service on my MBZ 350 CLK, and looked at Yelp and called Tony. He was very personable and scheduled my service. Tony delivered excellent service, along with showing me the parts he removed, the parts he was planning to install and an overall evaluation of the condition of my car. I am excited to have Europa Motors as my car doctor! Thanks again! read more

Super honest guy! I went in thinking I was going to get ripped off ( I mean... it's a repair guy for expensive foreign cars... I think getting ripped off is pretty standard) but instead he treated us almost like he owed us a favor... not in a "just because YOU'RE awesome, I'm going to give you a discount!!!!" kind of way... It was so comfortable and he is so honest that I don't feel like I need to show up and play hard ball. I can ask him what's wrong with my car and pay him without any second opinions. This is the best german auto repair shop in Santa Monica. read more

I have been taking my 1985 Mercedes 280sl to Tony for a couple of years now, and have always been impressed with his knowledge of the car's mechanics. His recommendations for service are always precise, and he never fails to fix the problem quickly and at very reasonable prices. The first time I took my car to Tony, it had failed the CA emissions test rather badly. I left the car with him, and within 3 hours he had repaired the emissions and taken the car to the testing center himself. When I returned for the car I was given the emissions certificate. I knew I had found a mechanic I could trust. read more

I have been meaning to leave a review of Europa Motors, for ages. Tony is the man, he is the first mechanic that I've ever been to, that I genuinely felt was not trying to shaft me. I have been taking my Mercedes Benz 240D in for regular work over the past 3 years and I'm so happy with how the car runs. I was actually in there about six months ago, with an annoying cosmetic problem with the car, and he said to me "you know what, I could fix it for you and it'll cost you, but you can do it yourself for about 15 bucks." and then he explained to me exactly what I needed to do....when has a mechanic EVER done that before???!!!!! read more

Tony has serviced my 1992 Mercedes many times. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced, knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He prioritizes what needs to be done immediately and lets me know what can wait. Now that I've found him, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. read more

Tony was great! I took an '05 ML350 in because the brake service warning light came on. He promised a quick turnaround and called me within an hour. His original estimate was exactly what it cost. He even changed the batteries in the key fob and a rear wiper. Very pro, very clean explanations, very happy customer. Plus he was a third of what the dealer quoted me. I'll go back for regular maintenance and whatever else might come up. read more

I moved from OC to the South Bay and was looking for another mechanic when I went on Yelp and found Europa. I can't say enough great things about Tony and my family experience having him service my vehicle. Tony provides excellent advice and is a pleasure to work with. A Mercedes is not an inexpensive vehicle, but can be very dependable with proper maintenance. Tony is the sole owner/mechanic at Europa and is very good and fair(!) He's been servicing my cars for many years, the only person I trust . Worth the drive, great Mexican food in the neighborhood also! read more

I had badly damaged the drivers side mirror on my Mercedes GL 450 when I pulled out of my garage too quickly. Since it looked so bad, I assumed I would need a new mirror. I called Simonsen (my regular dealer) to ask about the cost and availability of a new mirror. I was told the part alone would cost me $1,900! That didn't include labor or taxes either. I looked on Yelp for an independent dealer just to see if it could be fixed instead of replaced. When I called Europa, Tony answered the phone himself, and told me I could come right over and he would check it out. He spent about 15-20 minutes carefully re-assembling it, and he was able to make it look like nothing had happened! Not only did he do the work on the spot, he said there would be no charge! I gave him $20 for lunch and he was happy. Needless to say, I will definitely go back to him for any service needs that are not covered by my warranty. read more
