Fast, cheap and tastes good. This is a good standard Chinese take-out and I've ordered here for a few years. I took 1 star off for the amount of times they messed up my order (4-5 times in a few years), which usually happens when a new employee is taking the order on the phone. Also, they're not great at correcting their order mistakes. For example: They delivered a beef with broccoli instead of beancurd with broccoli. When I called them about it, they sent me the correct order and asked for the beef with broccoli back. While I don't eat meat and don't care for the beef dish, I was wondering what they do with the returned orders. I can see why a restaurant with low prices may have to do certain things to prevent people from taking advantage of such cases. Complete rip off ... my bill came to $11.75 and they charged $12.75 plus tax. I knew there would be a $12.00 and was willing to pay the extra .25 cents. When I called to ask why I was overcharged she told me she had to add $1.00 because of not meeting $12.00 min. She did not offer to refund the $.75. Then again, I order basic, straight-forward takeout staples, so I'm never disappointed. If you want fancy Chinese food, either go to a full fledged sit-down restaurant in Flushing or in Chinatown. This place is strictly Americanized Chinese takeout and they do a great job. I usually have a reaction to the MSG in takeout, so I order most of my food without soy sauce. It's a miracle how much better Chicken Lo Mein tastes as a basic stir-fry with a touch of salt. Point is, you can request that they tailor your order to your liking which is a definite plus.
