I LOVE link sausage and this place has the most plump ever lol. That apple pie French toast was to die for. That apple butter concoction should be bottled and sold separately if not available already. I would put that on everything! The service was impeccable and the food came out so fast!

First, easy parking access right across the street made this a no brainer to try. Upon entering the staff was welcoming and the surroundings cozy and bright! It was packed by 9:30 on Saturday so that's always a good sign! Menu is extensive - lots of options for the pickiest of eaters and the food snobs too! Service was excellent and food arrived so fast I questioned if it was pre-made waiting for us. Fresh, fast and amazing is all I can say. I will be back!

    Banana walnut pancake

After a gruelling CrossFit workout, this was just what the doctor ordered. Was looking for a nice diner for a good Sunday brunch and Nudys was just that. My wife had the banana walnut pancake (I'm on a sugar break) and I had the California Benedict with french fries vs home fries. The pancake had the right amount of sweetness, right amount of fluffiness and a right amount of banana and walnut amalgamation. She rated it right up there. I thought the Benedict was good as well. TBH it's tough to screw this one up but I've seen it happen. Overall a solid 5 and definitely a place I'll visit again.

4 of us came in looking for a table at 10:45am on a Friday and were seated right away. Super cute space with good food! The service was good and the food came out quick. They had a ton of breakfast options. I opted for the apple cake french toast. It was okay. Pretty dense. I'm glad I tried it but I probably wouldn't get it again. I liked that for $5.99 you could add on 2 eggs & a breakfast meat. I did that and it was worth it. Their scrambled eggs were flavorful. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy their meals, as well.

Delicious options. Food came out quick. Service was great. Very pleasant waitress. Cafe was quiet for breakfast and picked up for lunch but not too noisy. Would definitely return.

Pancakes were okay. Bacon tasted very old, over cooked and it was cold. Coffee was weak. Waiter was nice. Floors are dirty. Spoon was sticky. Some bugs flying around.

Farmers omelet with home fries and buttered biscuit. They were a little stingy in the home fries.

Always enjoyed those, but this time, I went to eat an actual meal with friends. Our server was really friendly and attentive, kept an eye on us as she passed by, and gave some good recommendations from the menu. I ordered a Cubano sandwich that came with their homemade chips. The sandwich was really good, and I thought the chips were pretty good too. I get what other reviews say mentioning that they're a bit floppy, but I thought they were fine. I'd be down to go again sometime, though I would like to check out Flanigan's Boathouse sometime too!

This place is huge with plenty of outdoor seating (with gliders) multiple dining rooms each with their own bar and a rooftop deck. Starting off strong. The brisket fries were tasty, cheesy and kept their shape even under the brisket. Things went downhill from tThe roast beef has good flavor but was not served as hot as we would have liked. Our waitress did not come back around until after we had eaten so the opportunity to try and get it remedied did not present itself. My burger was good enough but not juicy or flavorful. Just a basic bar burger. Sandwiches come with house made chips which usually are my favorite, sadly these chips were rubbery, stale, and dull. If you're not going to include fries with your sandwiches make sure your chips are edible. The rooftop offers a different limited menu that offers a few of the same items the dining rooms have with some different "lighter" additions. We will try and come back when it's cooler to check it out. Three stars for this trip with room for improvement: Food = just okay Atmosphere = comfy and relaxed Service = definitely could have been better

But then when I was looking up their burger week menu I came across the valentines menu and it looked good, so I figured I would give it try. My husband's dinner was alot better than mine so I was eating some of his, even though we always share anyway. He got the oysters with a dragonfruit sauce and they were good. I ordered crab and corn soup with grilled focaccia bread. The soup itself was fine , but it was only half a bowl and not much crab in it. I would have liked more soup instead of the bread. I gave the bread to my husband because we got a good amount of bread for the appetizer and I didn't want to fill up too much. I probably should have ordered the calamari instead , that looked pretty good. My husband's scallops with risotto was very good. Seared perfectly, creamy risotto, good flavor. Normally that is what I like to order, but I got the crab pasta because I love crab. I was disappointed In this dish. The crab tasted a little too fishy like it went bad or something. I also got a number of shells in the crab I had to spit out. I feel like they could have mixed the crab with some kind of seasoning or flavors. It seemed like they just dumped the crab right out of the can into the pasta and didn't even clean the shells out first. And they didn't even put the pasta in any kind of sauce. I would have liked maybe a creamy sauce with it. The pasta was just in like a watery garlic broth, and it broke apart and crab went all in the water and I didn't even have a spoon to pick it up. Dessert was ok. I'm glad we got the dragonfruit cheesecake instead of the chocolate cake, it was refreshing . The tiramisu wasn't bad but it was still somewhat frozen. I was kind of surprised because we are fans of the Pieri group restaurants. We have been to their sister restaurant Stonerose for burger week for a number of years now and love it. We also came to burger week at bar sera the one year and really enjoyed theirs too. I wish they did them separate weeks so we could go to both . Maybe it was just an off night tonite. Sometimes valentines menus aren't as good as their regular menu. Maybe we learned our lesson to go out the week before valentines instead for next year.

We started with the Blackfish classic--the hen egg wrapped in freshly smoked salmon--a must-order every time we visit. Part of me feels the tasting menu tonight is a bit of a letdown. 1) The caramelized onion with cream sauce is super salty to the extent that I couldn't eat it. My husband was hungry so he ate both without much thinking, but later he said the high sodium level became obvious towards the end. 2) One of the two main dishes: the scallops are super salty too! But I still ate them as there are only three medium-sized scallops anyway. 3) Seating is super tight, almost uncomfortable. You're literally on top of each other. So the restaurant became very loud and it's hard to hear clearly what the servers are saying. We didn't hear the "inedible sea grass" part, so I was poking the sea grass after I finished my single oyster. The lead female server almost "yelled"'at me. We also witnessed her harshly tell the male server to move faster to clear one table, which we find unnecessary as he was already moving as fast as the tight space allowed him to. But our tall young female server is very friendly--her warm mannerism makes us feel better during the long wait between courses. My favorite out of the seven-course tasting menu is: the smoked salmon with poached egg. It has a very balanced flavor and the texture combination makes the dish interesting. Maybe it's better not to do the tasting menu especially if it's your first visit, as it doesn't allow you to make any choice.

Sadly, I didn't complain to management, because the line was longer than the line to order food. They said refunds would take one week and the people who said they really would never come back, had the managers get their food quicker than ours. It's an interesting business strategy to ensure the angry customers who won't return got their food first, but I get it. If less people frequent this place, then the lines won't be as long. They even said there was no manager on duty. Anyone watching the staff work would know that no one was lying.
