Espresso Martini

Had a lovely date night at our favorite sister restaurant to barlucca for the first time! We loved the food and the drinks were amazing. Bar Sera makes all their pastas and breads from scratch every SINGLE day- What's not to love? I highly recommend their pesto gnocchi, but honestly we liked every single thing we ate, so you can't go wrong! And the waitress was super helpful in helping me get the perfecttt espresso martini.

Had Valentine's Day dinner here with a Prix Fixe menu. My partner enjoyed her Scallops while I enjoyed the Lamb Chops. Both came with Risotto. She loved the Lobster Bisque, though it was FAR too spicy for me! The service was great. They exchanged my Lobster Bisque for the Burrata appetizer. Dessert was great, both the Tiramisu and the Passion Fruit Cheesecake. Ambience was a cozy bar in the middle of Conshohocken. We felt welcome! We'll be back!

Bar Sera is the best!! It has such a lovely atmosphere and some of the nicest staff members. Every time I've been to this restaurant, I've been so impressed! A must try is "The Patricio" pizza, it's absolutely phenomenal. Truly one of the best, if not the best, pizzas I've ever had!

Patricio Detroit-style pizza

Best Detroit style pizza I've ever had. The patricio pizza is an absolute must and I also recommend starting off with their fried zucchini dish. Cammi is a personable bartender and Jesse is always a friendly face at the door!

Always delicious food. The pizza is always one of my favorites. Great mocktails and cocktails. The service is pretty good despite how busy they always are. The restaurant itself is a cozy date night spot. My only gripe is the fresh bread they serve- I wish they presented it warm! Cold bread with cold butter just doesn't do it for me.

Love this place so much. The vibe is great, the service is prompt, the food is fresh, and the ingredients are seasonally picked from a local farm owned by the restaurant. Everything we had was great - pizza is crispy on the edges, scallops are cooked perfectly, and calamari had lots of flavor. The one piece of feedback for this place would be that I wish they warmed up the complimentary bread. Who eats room temperature focaccia with room temp butter?

Truffle Croquettes

5 stars all around. The place is a little hard to spot. At least it was for me coming from the back side. We got the BBQ bacon pineapple special burger. I got mine with Parmesan fries and my wife got hers with a side salad. The coolest thing about that was when you get a side salad it's not just a bunch lettuce dropped on your plate. You get to pick from their salads off the menu. So this is actually one place I wouldn't mind doing a side salad instead of fries. Oh yeah we got the Truffle Croquettes to start and that stuff was so good. So I guess we will be coming to Conshohocken more often. I never think of this area.

Nice spot! Love the quaintness of this spot! Staff were great. Loved the decor ! Had a nice charcuterie, had to ask for extra crostini but no problem they brought us some! Share the pizza, Detroit style and the large is big! Definitely too big for two! But always love leftover pizza ! Happy hour is at the bar or high tops only, didn't know that or we would have sat at one! Will be back

Loved the food and ambience. Would highly recommend. Parking is always challenging in Conshohocken.

We brought our own appetizers. Some other patrons brought pizza. The service is excellent. Looks like a barn inside. Beautiful grounds but it was pouring rain. They have a huge wooden heart on the grounds. If there are 9 people in your party, rule is your party has to buy 9 bottles of wine.

Having visited a number of wineries in Georgia (from where I moved) I have a decent point of…read morereference. We made an impromptu visit to Karamoor and well.... I have mixed feelings. Let's do it this way: WHAT I LIKE -- their wine is good and bottles are well-priced -- you're allowed to bring food and eat at a table -- the location is pretty -- you're given pita chips and a carafe of water with your tasting -- Perhaps not usual, a woman, new to the winery, allowed me and T to share one tasting. (It's something we've always done, ultimately buying a bottle of what we like best.) WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE -- At $25 for five pours, the tasting is pricy -- Tastings only available at the bar -- Unlike wineries I'm familiar with, there's no flexibility with what they pour: sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, rose, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon. -- Want to explore the vineyard? Sorry, off limits. Stick to the gated area. They offer periodic tours, but at $75 -- that's insane, even with a tasting included! -- The staff. The aforementioned newbie was okay. The other two behind the bar ..... feh! An ingredient in their cabernet sauvignon is -- can this be?! -- 'saddle dust.' "What is that?" we asked one of the snoots. "I don't know," she responded, and walked away. (Good for business when employees know their products and make guests feel comfortable by being, dare I say, friendly.) Not terribly far from where we live, when the weather cools down we'll likely come back with lunch, order a bottle of Cabernet Franc and picnic under a tree. Because, as I said, the wine happens to be good.
