I found this salon on Good o Yelp! It's about 15 min drive from my place but 100% worth the trip. Both times I've had my nails done my Katherine, she's so sweet and pays attention to detail. I get the classic pedicure with shellac, its $25. The quality of the pedicure is that of the $75 pedicures I've had at other "fancy" salons. Although I didn't get a full set... I overhead that it was $50, that included the removal of the old set. Made me want to get one but I am a balloon artist and balloons and full sets don't go well. I will keep coming to this salon as long as I live in the area. The quality of service for the price is unbeatable. Thanks for another amazing find, Yelp!

I stumbled upon this beautiful nail salon. I came in for a nail fix and decided to sit down for a pedicure. Fox and Yim were so accommodating and professional. The pedicure was so clean & neat! I decided to schedule my next appointment here as well, they've earned a new client in me! Thank you!

I do not recommend and will not return. Ever. I made an appointment at this salon based on the excellent reviews and was looking forward to a similar experience. I asked for the Milk & Honey pedicure. Unfortunately this pedicure was the exact opposite of a good experience. The gentleman did not wear gloves at all- and told me thirty minutes into the pedicure that he had a cut on his knuckle. When he wasn't texting on his phone, he was openly vaping. My toenails are cut unevenly and there was no massage. The first color he applied was not what I asked for and the color he then applied was not what I chose. This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten.

I LOVE MY NAILS Every year I get my nails done once, for Christmas only! It's my tradition I started like 5 years ago and every year I'm trying a new place out to find the "one". Some places did very well but was so expensive then the cheaper places were just ok not great. Then I came to NTV nails! The nail technicians were amazing to both me and my sister. We both LOVE our nails and the service. They draw very good and charge a reasonable price. If you're looking for high quality nails for a good price come here! I'll be back here next year for my Christmas nails.

Today, I thought I'd try a different nail salon. I'm so glad that I did. I came here just because the reviews were the best. I want to thank the wonderful technicians who did my manicure and pedicure. It was a very relaxing experience. At the other salons, the staff actually hurt me. They made my nails too thick, and didn't check to make sure that they were all the same length. The woman who did my manicure explained to me what process would be best for my nails. They are beautiful and very natural looking. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and I will be back.

I have been on the search for a gifted nail tech who could execute exactly the type of nail shape and design I want. I decided to try this salon out and I am so happy I did! Kevin was so gentle, took his time, and made sure to be very precise and detailed. I am in awe of his work after having nail techs at other salons rush and be aggressive while doing my nails. I was debating posting this review because honestly, I've only had one bad experience here. But the bad was B A D. I recently moved to the Champions area less than a year ago and found this nail salon on Yelp, encouraged by the glowing reviews I made an appointment. I was very happy with the customer service and the quality of work. I'm not from Houston and it's a tradition of mine when my mom comes to town that I take her to my nail place for a pedicure. During my last and ABUSIVE experience here back in May, my mom was with me because I was 3 days past my due date, over 40 weeks pregnant with swollen feet, and desperately wanted a pedicure and foot massage. I asked for an upgraded pedicure because I really wanted that massage. During the pedicure I wasn't paying attention to what the manicurist was doing because I was catching up with my mom, but because of my uncomfortably swollen feet I was waiting for my massage to start. When I realized she had finished the pedicure and I had not received my massage I asked if the pedicure I selected included massage because I didn't get one. The woman insisted that I did. Now if you've ever had swollen feet from pregnancy, you would know there is NO WAY you'd miss getting your sore feet and legs massaged. So I told her, ma'am I did not get a massage, you did give me a foot scrub but it was not a massage that should have lasted 10 minutes per your menu. I was sitting at the manicure table at this point, and she proceeded to stand over me yelling and telling me she knew how to do her job and that I didn't know what I was talking about! Then stopped doing my nails and stalked away because apparently she was so upset by my question. The gentleman who I think is the owner finished my nails, and when I complained to him about it he told me that he'd have to check the video. The woman who serviced my pedicure walked over and literally SNEERED at me. I almost had to laugh it was so ridiculous. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Then when I asked to use the restroom before I left the other manicurists completely ignored me! Thankfully the other customers (probably taking pity on my big pregnant belly and having witnessed the whole thing), insisted that they tell me where the bathroom was. I left completely disgusted and feeling pretty awful. I will never step foot in that place again. It's a shame too, because the owner had given me good service up until that miserable experience. read more

Kevin does a great job on my nails everytime. Only issue I had was once I had an appointment and he had someone else in my chair that caused me to have to wait for 30min so just be sure to be firm when you have an appointment. Otherwise , they are talented in what they do and your nails will look amazing. read more

Hmm. Just okay. I made a reservation for three days before at 2 but they didn't start working on me until close to 3. What's the point of making a reservation when you have to wait? The place is kinda small and it is located in a small strip mall. Reasonable price. not one of those luxury looking place if that's what you are looking for in terms of experience. Nail work was ok. I had to ask them to redo the clear polish because it wasn't dried enough. read more

Over priced for what I asked for. I got a simple pedicure but with French tip and shellac. Same thing with my manicure, a French tip but with glitter and I asked them to be short also shellac.When one of the ladies was doing my pedicure I guess she wasn't doing it right because all of the employees kept on coming to see how my pedicure was looking which was very odd to me, never told me anything about why they kept on changing the color of my toes with asking me, I asked what was going on and they wouldn't say anything just talk between eachother. Got charged almost $100 just for something simple. read more

I found this shop on here because I'm new to the area & I was looking for a nail shop I didn't have to drive back to my old side of town for. I wish I remembered his name, but he did an amazing job on my nails. He & the woman working there were super friendly. He really took his time, the shape was great. I brought my little sister with me to get a basic manicure while I got a full set. My set was $35 and her manicure was $15. I'd definitely come back here again! read more

Asked for removal and pedicure and all they did was talk shit in Vietnamese the entire time and didn't pay attention to what they were doing. Didn't even give me a full pedicure and burned me with the file while removing my nails. I've never written a negative review about a nail salon but I will never be back here and do not recommend. read more

The salon is a very cozy place and everything seemed very clean. I came here for the first time to get my nails done bc of the amazing pictures and the good reviews. However i got my nails done and they looked great! The shape was on point and everything. I really thought this salon was going to be my go to spot. I got powder acrylic nails and not even a week in the ends by my cuticle started to lift on all my fingers and now i have one of them falling off. Not very happy i thought they would last longer most of my nail sets last long but this one didn't. I paid $40 and did not get my money worth. read more

I have been going to this salon since about September of last year. Never felt like a VIP. I guess because I did not want fancy nails and I do not dress up to go.. I went to NTV Nails on 03/14/2022 after making an appointment for a pedi & dip fill. I show up and tell them this much and look at me like had 3 heads and then the gentleman at the front looked at the other ladies working. So, I assumed no one wrote it down. I was told to take a seat in an empty service chair and not the pedicure chair. A walk-in comes in and he tells her and her friend to take seats in the pedi chairs. I said nothing maybe my nails would be first. My pedi was supposed to include a massage. Was not received. I did not say anything as I thought this poor employee was going to have to do the other 3 pedicures. Well to my surprise the owner called someone in. I still tipped my tech accordingly. I can also note the pedi prices are not current on their menu, or they are subjective. I then had my nails done. Cut to short and then had to have tips put on the to short nails. Went to check out the guy looked at me for a minute and said $70 for you. Way to high as the initial placement of the dip nails was $45 and the Pedi I had before included more services. And I was charged $75. Does not add up. Could go on. Must state I DID NOT stand up for myself. Lesson learned. Going to try new place. read more

Well hooray !!!!! I finally found my new nail salon. The last few years I've been trying out other nail salons in this area. They were all just fine . So I kept looking. Today I popped into NTV nails. It was super clean and friendly. I was hoping they would be able to do my nails the way I like. And YES my nails were done perfectly. I went in recently because of the previous reviews and awesome ratings on the dip nails to unfortunately leave highly disappointed. Not only did they open 30 mins later than they advised to. My nails started to come off one day after getting them done. I went back in to fix the nails to be told it was my fault. This place is not only highly unprofessional but rude. I do not recommend this place at all. *Update* Went back to the salon to kindly ask for a refund for service that was badly done( all the dip nails came off starting from the bottom of the cuticle.. this happened all less than a week from getting them done ) for the owner Kevin to start yelling at me while his wife Hannah started to record me without consent.Kevin not only yelled at me but threatened to take me to court with his lawyer along with calling me a scammer. I have never ever been treated like this! Kevin is extremely rude and aggressive. Avoid this place like the plague. Highly disappointed and offended. read more

There's other empty looking plazas in front but take a drive all the way behind those, and you'll find a parking lot, to park by the French Quarter Salon. This place is extremely huge, and seems like a building filled with beauty various treatment businesses, so don't get too confused and just ask the ladies in front where to go. I got a bit confused and almost ended up going up the stairs, but decided to save myself possible embarrassment and just asked. The women at the front directed me on how to contact Monique for my appointment while I waited in the lobby. As for the entire experience, Monique gave me a sit down of the products she used, some useful tips, and answered any questions I had. While being waxed, she was very informative about what was going on as well as entertaining! It's weird to say, but I actually enjoyed coming here to get waxed. There was lots of conversation that helped me get my mind off of what was going on, and I actually felt little to no pain during the whole process. Nothing bad to comment on at all. I'll be coming back for another appointment in the future and do recommend any first timers to visit her and make an appointment on her website.
