They got me in quickly and that I can appreciate l. Plus I didn't have to be charged to HOLD and appointment. I had Linda and she spoke a little bit of English, which I like. She could hold a little bit of a conversation with me. Salon could be a little cleaner and needs a face lift, it's approx 20 plus years old and just needs some TLC. I came in for a gel pedicure and an acrylic nail removal(soak off) with a gel mani after. The pedicure was nice, the girl was very pleasant. The man at the front desk tried to take my acrylics off with a fake nail tip without soaking and ripped part of my pinkie nail so bad I decided not to get gel and to let it heal. I was still charged full price for everything. Very bad customer service, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this nail salon. I am in extreme pain now and do not have any type of manicure to show for the money I spent. read more

Never coming here again I started off with a pedicure Which was amazing due to Adriana she's the best I recommend making an appointment with her to make sure you get her she takes her time and assures your comfortable throughout the whole experience After that I got a manicure from Louie It started off good but he got the wrong color he cut my thumb nail too short I told him short is okay but didn't expect this short to the point you can see some pink from my under nail Louie loves to paint on your skin too to the point after gel you'll feel like your fingers are stuck and there's bubbles on the sides I got them fixed from Helen she's great at her job After I got traumatized by I don't know her name did eyebrow wax she first started with cold wax on my eyebrows she gave me a mirror and all the hairs were still on there I told her the wax needed to be hot for my hairs to actually come off. Booked a gel manicure and a regular basic pedicure. The pedicure was amazing for being the basic pedi. Probably one of the best pedicures I've had. There was a tiny miscommunication with the nail tech and she accidentally gave me gel polish instead of regular polish but it's okay. It was worth the upcharge.I typically avoid French tip because it never comes out how I like it but she did a perfect job. She was amazing and super friendly. The manicure was also great! The tech was super precise with shaping my nails and taking care of my cuticles. Application was impecable! I hate when my gel polish is super thick because it's lifts quickly. She did thin coats and now I'm almost 2 weeks with no lifting chipping or anything! All and all i will only be going to NT nails moving forward. Updated to add: I paid $10 extra for a longer massage and what a joke! The "massage" was like 2 min of scrub and hot rocks. And every other place I've been does MUCH better massage and scrub, for longer and less money. Honestly a rip off. I don't blame the nail tech. I'm sure she's doing as she was trained. But communication was hard. For a "luxury" place, this was very subpar. Probably the worst pedicure I've had in Manteca. I tried it out because it's closer to home but NEVER again. I gave 2 stars for cleanliness and it's pretty inside. But it was the shortest most basic pedicure ever. I have no problem with a $50 pedicure when it's worth it, but this was rushed, barely 25 min of anything. Save your money and go anywhere else!! There is absolutely nothing luxury here. read more

Ugh Customer service was horrible!! my male nail tech did not even greet me or ask how I was and made me wait while he was texting someone on his phone. My arm was hurting from him having my arm lifted so he could see better and I told him i need to rest my arm and put it down the tech sigh laughed and after 30 min in gave me a cushion pad that he should of been had on his desk. He had one lady next to him watching me the whole time and about 35 min in another lady standing next to me they were talking really loud not in English and laughing ugh I came here to relax!! The lady was in my personal space keep in mind this place is huge and only 3 customers with plenty of other chairs I told her can you please back up you are making me uncomfortable I came here to relax (me a autism mom on my day off!!) like come on. She said oh I'm just watching and the male tech agreed with her she ended up sitting right next to me so now at my table when they're is about 10 other empty tables now they're is 3 Employees sitting 3 inches away from me. What is she watching? her excuse was dumb! why would you want to see a simple French tip? I tried to make small talk since my nail tech didn't talk but sigh seemed like I was bothering by even being there. When I did he and his employees just laughed. They had no tvs or music it was an awkward situation just me getting my nails done just staring at the wall with 3 employees huddled around me (not very relaxing) while everyone else is getting there nails done peacefully just the customer and the nail tech as it should be. My French tip was $70 with no manicure and took over an hr. My sisters nails took 2 hrs her nail tech was so nice the only nice one there, they were sorry about taking long but yet no one was helping the nail tech but just watching they had no customers at the time and now I know why. Also they had the nerve to ask if I want a pedicure after I payed for my nails ridiculous. The 10 employees were also just sitting next to the front desk incase if anything happened they gave the nastiest energy ever. The weird thing is we didn't give any reason for them to suspect anything we dress properly and speak with manners. These people need a customer service/ how to respect people 101 class) Once I was done they proceeded to huddle over my 15 year old sister I paid for myself so there would be no issue since it was obvious by the skin of my color they suspected something wrong (we were the only minorities there) 2+ hrs never offered any water at least. I usually have a good experience at this branch but I had the WORST pedicure experience ever. I told the man I had an ingrown mail if he could please take care of it and he irritated it more and then didn't even take it out. My toe is in pain... then I got gel nail polish and he was filing my toes and I was watching him and as he filed the gel was peeling off, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Then he proceeded to push it down like I didn't just see it peel off. It's not going to magically stick to my toe sir. I told him please redo that toes gel it's coming off, then he pretended that it was my fault it came off. INSANE. Never coming back here again. Update: to the owner: if it is illegal to do ingrown nails then he should have said no instead of messing with it and irritating it more making it bleed. As for the gel polish, it already flaked off. 6hrs later. The worst. You do not take criticism lightly I can tell through other reviews here on yelp. Have a good day. read more

The boss keeps yelling worker's name loud, and nails techs talk too much Vietnamese made us feel so uncomfortable. The Vietnamese music very loud, I couldn't even talk to the girl who did my nails about what I wanted, she couldn't hear me then asked some guys around to help, I and my mom there for manicure and pedicure around 2 hours but we couldn't relax at all. After leaved there the music still in my head hours and hours long, my mom has to take Tylenol before go to bed. I wish I could give zero star for this place read more

I went on 1/16 at 10:15 am to get 2 acrylic manicures. My mom nails were nicely done, but mine were not so good, the brush when the material was implemented is visible on the two thumb nails and there are bubbles on the nails because of the powder on the nail that wasn't cleaned out between the color coats. Also, my skin on the side (around the nail) got pulled up and left as is. At the end, the nail tech didn't put oil on the nail or cream to nurture the area. read more

This was my second time at the Manteca location and I had a horrible experience with the man who did my full set. I had an appointment to do a gel pedicure and full set. The lady who did my pedicure was great and very friendly. Then, I was scheduled for my full set with a man named Pham. He was short, buzz cut & wore glasses. He wasn't as talkative, but that was OK with me. He started my full set and I made 1 request to shape my nails a bit rounder because I don't like them too pointy. He was immediately annoyed, threw down his tools, and started filing them down while telling me they wouldn't look as good because they were shorter. His mood completely changed after. He was so annoyed that I requested something different than what he had in mind. He kept yanking on my hand as if I kept moving, but I was literally sitting as still as possible. My phone kept going off because my kids were texting me and every time I looked down at my phone he would give me a dirty look, put his tools down and let out a big sigh. It was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous behavior. I put my phone down and concentrated on what he was doing since he was giving me all this negative energy. I just decided to sit there very still and wait until he was finished. He was so rude and not friendly at all. My nails turned out fine, but the experience with him was terrible customer service. Do not book an appointment with a man named Pham at this location. My first appointment with another gentleman I believe his name was Louie did an amazing job and had great service. I will make an appointment with the first guy who did my nails next time and NOT with Pham. Besides that the actual location is very nice and clean. I would recommend it but just don't book with the guy I mentioned because he was terrible! read more

The only nail tech I would go to here is Roy untill I was told by the older man at the front desk that he was "tired" of doing my nails so he recommended me two other girls here..I knew I should have stopped coming here a few months back when my nails have broken multiple times after just one week of getting a fill...not only did they break but had been told by the man in front that it was my fault and I needed to be careful even though this had happened about three times either their product is cheap or my nails were too thin! I was also just there on 10/20/23 I had got a NEW set with stones and glitter that cost me $95 the next day three stones came off I came back to get them fixed...and had an older lady translate for me as to why Roy wouldn't be doing my nails any more she said because it would be easier for someone else to understand me and that "to be honest" you're picky" of course I'm picky this set was $95!!!! Each time I come here my nails are easily over $40! I had to come back yet again on 10/23 to fix my stones only for them to fall off again a $95 set only for the stones to come off so easily and ruin the look..Avoid this place if you can the man at the front desk is rude with poor customer service and Likes to blame the customer if their nail breaks absolutely ridiculous!
