Helen is the best! She's been doing my waxing, pedicure and nails for years! I always enjoy talking to her during my appointment

Amazing time with Lynn. She is so skilled in so many areas. I come every three weeks to see her and she never disappoints! I highly recommend her services and assure that you won't be disappointed. It's five star treatment! read more

Amazing place! I have been coming here since I moved to the area! Rose is my favorite tech here, her work is flawless, she listens to requests and always has a smile! The salon atmosphere is amazing but I do wish they had a TV to watch while getting my pedicures. Highly recommend this place and all staff are very friendly and helpful. read more

Poor customer service and their wanting their customers to use their ATM machine inside their shop. The man behind the counter told me to use the ATM machine and I said...I don't trust those ATM machines unless it's at a bank. Then he told me...come her, I'll run your card here...after telling me their card machine is not working. Sketchy. read more

I walked in for a mani/pedi. I was seated immediately. It was a nice place and everyone there was happy. The pedicure was not the greatest. It was very rushed. Not the best. I don't know how to describe the massage other than hit it and quit it. The hot stones were in a bowl but never used. I do remember the hot towel that was used to remove all lotion from my legs. That pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes and I was rushed over to another table for a manicure. That too was the fastest, no massage, no lotion. Polish was messed up so he tried to fix it and added more polish to the area so it was not looking too pretty. In less than one hour I was done and seated at the drying table. I usually don't complain and just deal but I had to speak up. I had questions, like what the heck just happened? I asked Danny at the front counter is this is what should be expected. He questioned Tony and of course he said he did everything he was paid to do. Danny had him take me back to put lotion on my arms. He was super fast and rough. I like a good massage but man he was massaging my bones. Then he took a rough towel and scrubbed it off making my skin red. So again I went to talk to Danny and showed him my arms. Danny took me back and did the arm and hand massage all proper but I noticed the glob of polish was messed up and couldn't handle the way it looked at all. Danny called Linh over who was going to fix my polish but when I noticed how thick it was I opted for gel. Linh did a great job. Thank you Danny for handling the situation the way you did. read more

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and the ambiance and friendly service was great. I had a great pedicure and they took their time without rushing. However, I had Pham do my full set and was pretty disappointed. First off, he made several comments about the color I chose and how he doesn't like it. Then I showed him the reference picture of what I wanted...and well the pictures speak for themselves. He used a glittery silver which was nothing like the picture and the execution was so messy, I'm still shocked how bad they turned out. read more

I've been on the hunt for a new nail salon after moving out here 6 months ago and I think I may have found it! My friend told me about this place that just opened up. I immediately went on their website and was able to book an appointment for my daughter and I the following day. Kind of nice that they were open on a holiday AND on a Monday. Most nail salons I've gone to are always closed Monday so that was already a plus for me. When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted at the front desk and got seated right away. The place is absolutely beautiful and looks so clean and elegant. I got a gel mani/pedi and my daughter got a full set acrylics. I was very pleased with the service and how our nails came out. Louis did my pedicure and he was so patient and took his time on my feet. Lee did my gel manicure and she was also fantastic! My nails look beautiful. Kim did my daughter's nails and my daughter absolutely loves them. She showed her a picture of what she wanted and her nails came out just like it if not better. The prices are a little higher than most nail salons in the area but honestly they are totally worth every penny. Everyone here seems to take their work very seriously and work hard to make sure you leave happy. I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon every time! So happy I found me a winner! read more

Super nice and price is very reasonable. They definitely take their time and make sure it looks good. The girl Brittany did my nails and they turned out so good. And shaped then just perfect. Will definitely be returning. read more

Never again, I seen so many good reviews and nice photos of nails thever done here. I went in for a refill expecting to get some nice nails but I was wrong. I sat on table #10 with Andrew I believe. He was putting the acrylic not just on my nail but on my finger too. Acrylic was too wet! I trusted the process tho, hoping they would come out perfect once he filed them and so. I told him the acrylic was in my finger her said no, it's just my cuticle needs to be cut. Ok I let him continue. He then painted my nails and was done but I showed him how there was gel/acrylic on my finger/cuticle but he said he didn't see anything wrong. I did say I wasn't going to walk out like that or Pay. That he could take them off but he continued to say he didn't see nothing wrong with my nails. He started filling the sides of my nails and my fingers too (I thought maybe I had nail polish on my finger. Which I didn't) 2 ladies tried "fixing it" but it still looked horrible. Then another guy offered to fix them and I went with him and he did kind of fix them. That's what I get for not waiting 1hr to get my nails done at the salon I had went to 1st. Maybe the other people there do nice job idk. 1st and last time I go here. read more

They got me in quickly and that I can appreciate l. Plus I didn't have to be charged to HOLD and appointment. I had Linda and she spoke a little bit of English, which I like. She could hold a little bit of a conversation with me. Salon could be a little cleaner and needs a face lift, it's approx 20 plus years old and just needs some TLC. Time will tell on how long my nails will last. I will go see her again if my nails stay on for 6 weeks. My nails will have outgrowth but I have them flesh tone so it's hard to tell read more

Great service. Walk in and was taken care of by Anthony. Great job and did exactly what I asked him to do.

Wonderful service! Great pedicure and manicure...I will come again. Thank you! Wonderful location.

Nice people, higher than most other salons, polish did not last. Easy to get an appointment.

My daughter came to get her nails done for a late birthday present and I 10/10 recommend. The place is big, clean and beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and we got in in a very timely matter. A kind gentleman named Pham did my daughter's nails and he shaped them wonderfully, made them look beautiful and also made us feel so welcome. Great place for nails!! read more

The receptionist walked around staring smugly at the two gentlemen who serviced my cousin and I, Tony and Anthony. When he spoke to us his demeanor was off putting and felt argumentative. He didn't talk to the other employees the way he was speaking to Tony and Anthony. He made the pedicure and manicure appointment uncomfortable. I will not come back or recommend this place. Disappointed because Tony and Anthony did our nails beautifully. I gave two stars because of the vibe but as far as my pedi and mani... great job read more

I came in for a gel pedicure and an acrylic nail removal(soak off) with a gel mani after. The pedicure was nice, the girl was very pleasant. The man at the front desk tried to take my acrylics off with a fake nail tip without soaking and ripped part of my pinkie nail so bad I decided not to get gel and to let it heal. I was still charged full price for everything. Very bad customer service, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this nail salon. I am in extreme pain now and do not have any type of manicure to show for the money I spent. read more

I have been here twice. both for pedicures and felt the same as I did the first time. My toe nails do not feel clean at all. Although i'm aware services are timed, my pedicure felt very rushed. Never coming here again I started off with a pedicure Which was amazing due to Adriana she's the best I recommend making an appointment with her to make sure you get her she takes her time and assures your comfortable throughout the whole experience After that I got a manicure from Louie It started off good but he got the wrong color he cut my thumb nail too short I told him short is okay but didn't expect this short to the point you can see some pink from my under nail Louie loves to paint on your skin too to the point after gel you'll feel like your fingers are stuck and there's bubbles on the sides I got them fixed from Helen she's great at her job After I got traumatized by I don't know her name did eyebrow wax she first started with cold wax on my eyebrows she gave me a mirror and all the hairs were still on there I told her the wax needed to be hot for my hairs to actually come off. Mind you this was very painful she then took me to another room where there was hot wax she waxed me again this girl doesn't know what she's doing at all She pulled off skin off my eyebrow I told the manager front desk person which is really aggressive Instead of giving a discount or apologizing he gave me attitude and I still tipped everyone and he didn't say anything I will provide pictures I wanted to give them this place a chance but so many things went wrong on my first visit UPDATE : Oh he did cut them .. check your camera footage wouldn't want your employees liying to you. As for the front desk person He didn't say anything about the wax Helen felt bad for me and kept checking my eyebrows to see if the redness would go down Front desk person didn't do anything but give a stanky look Again. Check your camera footage he didn't even say anything after I left a tip STILL As for the wax are you kidding me I had hairs on there and that's how she left me she tweezed most of them after the wax wasn't doing anything If my hairs were too short for her why didn't she say anything and reject the service instead of hurting me ???? Isn't she a professional ?? You are really bad at liying and trying to cover up your track again be useful of your cameras in your store if you have so many Attached a photo of my other nails which were cut good and makes no sense to why the thumb was cut that short 3rd UPDATE: my thumb was already short and he proceeded to cut my nail 2 times and FILE ! I don't think you understand at all if you look at the camera footage you can see he cuts my nails and files I wouldn't want to come to your salon ever again anyways I am here providing a review to hope people look at this first before stepping into your salon as warning Worst experience ever I always go to L'amour Nails across the street but I saw you guys were new and wanted to try it out BIG MISTAKE MY EYEBROWS DONT HAVE RED MARKS MY SKIN IS OFF WHERE ITS RED and im in pain still today 18 hours later Wax is suppose to be warm/ hot to be able to wax what don't you guys get The board was there giving out violations that day Your lucky only certain people know what they're doing in that salon that's why I'm surprise your still running read more

Pham always does a great job. I recommend NT Nails at any location. Good quality product.

Fair pricing, kind treatment, clean shop...recommend! The staff is friendly and the work is good!

I absolutely enjoy coming to this nail salon! NT has always delivered great service. I have had many pedicure and gel fills here with various technicians, all have been excellent! Make an appointment, you will leave very happy. read more

Booked a gel manicure and a regular basic pedicure. The pedicure was amazing for being the basic pedi. Probably one of the best pedicures I've had. There was a tiny miscommunication with the nail tech and she accidentally gave me gel polish instead of regular polish but it's okay. It was worth the upcharge.I typically avoid French tip because it never comes out how I like it but she did a perfect job. She was amazing and super friendly. The manicure was also great! The tech was super precise with shaping my nails and taking care of my cuticles. Application was impecable! I hate when my gel polish is super thick because it's lifts quickly. She did thin coats and now I'm almost 2 weeks with no lifting chipping or anything! All and all i will only be going to NT nails moving forward. The service and quality of work is worth every penny! read more

Helen is my girl!! I'd follow her anywhere! She's been doing my nails, pedicure, and wax for years!!! This place huge and super CLEAN!!!! Rose and Lynn are great additions too! They're very nice and have always treated me like family!! These ladies deserve more than 5 stars! read more

Updated to add: I paid $10 extra for a longer massage and what a joke! The "massage" was like 2 min of scrub and hot rocks. And every other place I've been does MUCH better massage and scrub, for longer and less money. Honestly a rip off. I don't blame the nail tech. I'm sure she's doing as she was trained. But communication was hard. For a "luxury" place, this was very subpar. Probably the worst pedicure I've had in Manteca. I tried it out because it's closer to home but NEVER again. I gave 2 stars for cleanliness and it's pretty inside. But it was the shortest most basic pedicure ever. I have no problem with a $50 pedicure when it's worth it, but this was rushed, barely 25 min of anything. Save your money and go anywhere else!! There is absolutely nothing luxury here. read more

Love this place! So nice and clean! Tony, Cindy and Helen were awesome! P.S. The music was great! Very relaxing atmosphere!

Ugh Customer service was horrible!! my male nail tech did not even greet me or ask how I was and made me wait while he was texting someone on his phone. My arm was hurting from him having my arm lifted so he could see better and I told him i need to rest my arm and put it down the tech sigh laughed and after 30 min in gave me a cushion pad that he should of been had on his desk. He had one lady next to him watching me the whole time and about 35 min in another lady standing next to me they were talking really loud not in English and laughing ugh I came here to relax!! The lady was in my personal space keep in mind this place is huge and only 3 customers with plenty of other chairs I told her can you please back up you are making me uncomfortable I came here to relax (me a autism mom on my day off!!) like come on. She said oh I'm just watching and the male tech agreed with her she ended up sitting right next to me so now at my table when they're is about 10 other empty tables now they're is 3 Employees sitting 3 inches away from me. What is she watching? her excuse was dumb! why would you want to see a simple French tip? I tried to make small talk since my nail tech didn't talk but sigh seemed like I was bothering by even being there. When I did he and his employees just laughed. They had no tvs or music it was an awkward situation just me getting my nails done just staring at the wall with 3 employees huddled around me (not very relaxing) while everyone else is getting there nails done peacefully just the customer and the nail tech as it should be. My French tip was $70 with no manicure and took over an hr. My sisters nails took 2 hrs her nail tech was so nice the only nice one there, they were sorry about taking long but yet no one was helping the nail tech but just watching they had no customers at the time and now I know why. Also they had the nerve to ask if I want a pedicure after I payed for my nails ridiculous. The 10 employees were also just sitting next to the front desk incase if anything happened they gave the nastiest energy ever. The weird thing is we didn't give any reason for them to suspect anything we dress properly and speak with manners. These people need a customer service/ how to respect people 101 class) Once I was done they proceeded to huddle over my 15 year old sister I paid for myself so there would be no issue since it was obvious by the skin of my color they suspected something wrong (we were the only minorities there) 2+ hrs never offered any water at least. Bad customer service followed everywhere and the sad thing is they could have made good business with me and my references. Not worth the $165 we spent to feel uncomfortable and unwanted. read more

I usually have a good experience at this branch but I had the WORST pedicure experience ever. I told the man I had an ingrown mail if he could please take care of it and he irritated it more and then didn't even take it out. My toe is in pain... then I got gel nail polish and he was filing my toes and I was watching him and as he filed the gel was peeling off, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Then he proceeded to push it down like I didn't just see it peel off. It's not going to magically stick to my toe sir. I told him please redo that toes gel it's coming off, then he pretended that it was my fault it came off. INSANE. Never coming back here again. Update: to the owner: if it is illegal to do ingrown nails then he should have said no instead of messing with it and irritating it more making it bleed. As for the gel polish, it already flaked off. 6hrs later. The worst. You do not take criticism lightly I can tell through other reviews here on yelp. Have a good day. read more
