She was again very apologetic and did send me a partial refund for the damage to our fixtures and assured me she had made some changes to how her crew would be cleaning these things in the future. I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though.

It was some money but honestly it was worth it because their crew showed up early and were very efficient in their cleaning which took about 5 hours total to do the move out cleaning with included pet cleaning/flea treatment for the new owner. At one point they accidentally broke one of my glass ceiling fan light covers which was concerning but without even telling me they had already gone out to buy not one but three new ones just in case they didn't match and reinstalled! Commuication was top notch and I was told the exact process of everything and honestly I was sad seeing my place so clean! I wanted to move back in! I would highly recommend this company.

Angel and Raquel were very friendly when I met them. I reminded them of what I wanted clean and I feel like they did a great job. My only comment, but it wasn't too big of a deal so I'm still giving them 5 stars, is that I asked that they throw away the minimal items in the fridge as I didn't have time. They said they would, but found out items were still inside. I will admit that I should have asked them to take a picture of the inside of the fridge, but it was a busy day and they were detailed with the room pictures which was the most important. Overall, I'm recommending thus company to others. I would say that if you can't make the final walk through, remember to ask for pictures. They are responsive to that, so totally my fault for asking about the fridge! Thank you for some great work!

When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! Overall, very quick responses, very nice, and very good job!

They were $100 less than the other company who quoted me and they do a phenominal job. The cleaners are very friendly and diligently work the entire time. Morgan spent over an hour just on my kitchen (our oven was a difficult disaster to clean), while her partner took care of our two bathrooms. They tag team cleaned the rooms and living room. They are so thorough in their services and pay great attention to detail. They even cleaned the top of our water heater which is tucked away in the utility closet lol no stone goes unturned with them. I highly recommend them to anyone. I read some reviews that complained of their delay in providing a receipt and/or returning phone calls. While I too had a bit of hold up, I honestly would still rather be patient and wait it out with them. Id rather wait a few days for a call back/receipt and pay a modest price for cleaning than get an immediate call/receipt from a company that is way more expensive. Dont be petty, yall. Their job and prices are worth it.

She was super easy to communicate with and clearly takes pride in her work. She spent over five hours cleaning thoroughly! Yet, she still charged a very reasonable rate for the amount of time and effort she put in and compared to some of the other estimates I received. If you're looking for someone who is detailed, reliable, and affordable, I highly recommend Ana. She offers even better rates if you use her biweekly or monthly. I'll definitely be calling her again.

I asked them to change the sheets but to keep the same set -- meaning, to wash, dry, and put them back. Since the cleaning lasts three hours and they had just arrived, there was plenty of time. They also asked if I wanted them to organize the walk-in closet. I said yes, and they told me it would be an extra charge. I agreed without hesitation. Before leaving the house, I reminded them about the sheets, and they confirmed it would not be a problem. However, when I came home later that night (they arrived around 6pm and left around 10pm), I was horrified to find the sheets still wet in the washing machine. As for the closet, there was no real organization at all -- they simply gathered the clothes that were out and placed them in a pile. I have booked many cleaning services before and have never experienced such disappointment, let alone felt the need to complain. But what shocked me even more was that when I messaged the owner about it, instead of taking responsibility, she spoke to me rudely and tried to blame me, saying laundry is an additional charge. I want to be clear: I had no issue paying extra if that was the case -- but the cleaners never mentioned this, and if I had known, I would have at least moved the sheets to the dryer myself rather than coming home to such an unpleasant surprise. This was a very unprofessional and upsetting experience. The owner should honestly be ashamed of the way she handled this situation.
