I am sure he could tell I was shocked. Sad to say, I am not used to such thoughtful customer service. I have dogs who have been sick this week and the evidence is gone. We had renters in one of our units for abt 3 months. It was newly renovated and with new appliances. When they left, the place was in disarray with dirty furniture left behind and dog or possibly human fences caked to the floors in several rooms of the home. Melanie and her team were excellent!!! I have before pictures of what it looked like and how it looked after they did a very thorough cleaning and disinfection of the place. Thank you again Melanie and team for saving our home. I must also add in that I am a perfectionist, crazy OCD, neat/clean freak and I vacuum everyday, but there is no amount of vacuuming that could've been done in order to do what Stephen and his crew did for my place! My appointment was easy to make and Stephen was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. He gave me an estimate over the phone and it was almost exact after the cleaning was done (which made me happy). I scheduled the cleaning to be completed when I was out of town, which worked out really well. I left a key for them to get in my place and clean and came home to (what felt like) a brand new couch and carpet! Take note that they do not move furniture, but they clean around it, so I moved a lot of my stuff into my kitchen so they could clean areas that normally wouldn't get cleaned (under my ottoman, my peloton, barstools, etc.) It also was cheaper to have my whole place done rather than just one couch or upholstery because they have to carry all the equipment into your place regardless, so minds well get more than one piece of furniture cleaned. Treat yourself...you deserve it!

Marcelo was quick and responsive. He was honest about not sure if he could get the spot out of my car and the rate for my couch cleaner was affordable. He came early and was ready to go. He is very and nice and even my dogs liked him. They usually bark at guys. After he did the couch, he took a stab at my car and got the blue ink out. He also realize that my roof rack was loose and could be the reason for the leakage to my stain. I truly appreciate that as I did not notice it and I just got my new car.
