Called over the phone for a pick up order. Lady seemed a bit rude already but I paid no mind. Went to pick up my order, where I was able to find a 20% off discount code on Yelp which said it was available for pick up orders only. Amazing food here. Their Lamb Shank Biryani left me speechless. Perfectly cooked and seasoned lamb, with tons of meat. The rice was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. I'm no expert but I can definitely taste the aromatic spices they use, possibly cardemom or saffron, it's truly unlike anything else if you're not familiar with Bangladeshi or Indian cuisine. They gave a huge portion too which left me plenty for lunch the next day. Their fried chicken might be the best I've ever had. The breading was so crispy and well seasoned, truly exactly what comes to mind when you imagine the perfect piece of fried chicken. You can tell they use really hot and clean oil because it was not greasy and the chicken was piping hot and juicy, even after takeout. Places that use old and subpar oil will often have fried chicken that's greasy and not crispy, not these guys. Their Chicken Tikka is a solid option too. I love how diverse and deep their menu is and how each dish is top tier even with a deep menu. I find restaurants that offer a wide variety of foods end up being jacks of all trades and masters of none, but after a couple visits I can already tell this place is a master of every dish they serve. I still haven't tried everything here but from what I've tried so far, I'd be willing to bet the house that everything here is amazing. I live like ten steps away from this place and it truly feels like a blessing, I'll never go hungry. Also feels nice to support a small business with a friendly staff. You really can tell by the way the food tastes that their staff puts a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into crafting great recipes and preparing the food well.
