Nova Junk was very responsive and reasonable with their quote. They were able to accommodate the schedule changes without any fuss. I recommend them 100% read more

Easy to schedule and get a quote through text. They showed up on time, were quick and clean. Price was reasonable. I'd use them again.

Nova may mean "new", but the responsiveness and service we received from these guys seemed like that of a well-oiled hauling machine!!! I'd give more stars if I could, but simply put... if u have junk that needs hauling, give Nova a calling, lol... but seriously though - 10 out of 10 recommend for sure!!! When we're ready to declutter the other areas of our home, we'll def be back read more

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and on time. Pretty much everything you might want in a junk removal company.

We were initially referred to another similar service. When that company fell down on the job, we reached out to NoVa Junk. Everything with them was excellent - communication, customer service and the work itself. They instill confidence and are very easy to work with. Plus their pricing is better than most. read more

I used yelp to ask for a quote and in that quote request I specified the dates and described the work etc. in every detail. They come up quickly with a quote and it was slightly better than 3 other companies. so I asked when they can move and whether there are any discounts available. In the meantime I turned down the competing quotes. Two days past with no response. I sent another message and again no response. Then I called and talked to a patronizing person who lectured me on the phone saying that an estimate does not mean they can do the work and they are fully booked for the next two weeks. When I said that I specifically wrote the dates I need this done by, she told me that most people just write those days for no reason and only a few people really have a deadline. There was no point talking to them so that was the end of the conversation. If you want an unreliable company who ghosts you after an estimate and then lectures you when you follow up, this company would serve you great. They costed me three valuable days just before my move and lots of headache. That is all I can say. read more

These guys were great! Helped remove a big massage chair and helped my elderly parents place the new chair and remove all the packaging. So helpful and kind. Great communication. High recommend. So great! read more

This company is absolutely the real deal - EXCELLENT! The owner and all the employees that loaded the furniture were extremely nice and very professional. They worked very hard and fast with smiles on their faces. Everything we asked them to do, they did. They even did extra work, like sweeping the floor before they left and helping me load a chair in my van. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE COST! Nice working with a company that follows through with what they promise! Nova Junk definitely puts customers first. I can't say enough good things about this company. read more

These guys are the best ! Quick, competent and friendly. They were able to work around my schedule and did everything that was promised !

We're in the process of moving and needed to get rid of alot of items for a reasonable price. I stumbled across Nova Junk on Yelp and with all the great reviews, I figured I'd give them a try and I'm glad that I did. Omar and his team were very quick, efficient, and polite. What more could you ask for? Oh, there was a MINOR discrepancy in the final price vs what I was originally quoted, but Omar quickly rectified the "issue" and all parties still ended up satisfied! Compared to other haul away companies, they are VERY reasonable and I would definitely recommend them. I plan on using them again in the very near future! read more

Perfect experience. Found them here on Yelp and they gave me the best price quote. They showed up in the time range specified. They removed the item that I needed taken and finished things up in around 5 minutes (if that). Will use again when I have things to get rid of! read more

Excellent communication and provided a speedy and efficient service for my junk removal needs. Would use again. read more

Five stars for A&W. The employees were responsive, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up.

I'm moving later in the week, and have a lot of old furniture to get rid. Last time I had to get rid of furniture, I used another, well-known junk hauling company who were horribly overpriced and just not very good. My parents had used Nova Junk in the past and had very high praise for them, so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! The team was incredibly prompt, extremely nice, efficient, and very well-priced. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived (well within the quoted window) and despite needing to haul out several pieces of heavy furniture, were done within a half hour. They even gave my little pup plenty of pets. Highly recommend Nova Junk! read more

Fantastic crew--They responded to our estimate request quickly, showed up on time, and were friendly and professional to boot! Would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

It was very easy to schedule a junk pick up. The gentleman who came were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. read more

Very nice hard working people! On time and quick with their removal I would use them again!

Definitely recommend Nova Junk! If you're looking to get some stuff moved quickly and efficiently, Nova Junk is the way to go. From start to finish, this process was a breeze! I got a quote via Yelp (they responded lightning fast), and my appointment was scheduled within 24 hours for the upcoming weekend. They asked for photos before providing me with a cost estimate. This gave me some confidence that the quote would be accurate and stay unchanged once they showed up (and in fact, the actual cost was the exactly the same). I got a 2-hour window, and they called me at the beginning of that window to tell me how far out they were. They came right in the middle of the 2-hour window and they were in an and out in about 30 minutes (for a huge table, a huge console, an old rug, and a couple of large boxes of broken/old appliances) I had a couple of bulky pieces of furniture, and the two guys were really careful not to damage the walls. They were wearing masks and took contactless credit card payment. They were very courteous and efficient! I was hoping to get a donation receipt, but in light of COVID, they said it was not guaranteed that the donation centers were receiving items. That's obviously not their fault, so it was no biggie. I'll definitely be using them again! (And the painlessness of this process actually might motivate me to clean out my house some more!) read more

Would very highly recommend this company! They made everything so extremely easy. Norman responded very quickly to my request for a quote and we scheduled seamlessly via e-mail. The hauling team arrived exactly on time, was very nice and communicative, and super fast. Payment was also made very easy. The whole service is very high quality. Great experience. Thanks so much, NoVA Junk!! read more

Omar and the team at NOVA Junk Removal were the most professional, punctual, and pleasant folks I've ever worked with on home improvement projects. I began doing some work on my backyard and discovered that the contractors who renovated our house buried a lot of the debris in our yard! I found concrete, nails, beams, etc. Omar came out to my house and gave me a free, no obligation estimate to haul all of it away (plus some of extra stuff I had decided to get rid of). There were no restrictions - Omar would take it all, sort it, and make sure it was disposed responsibly. I spent a week comparing prices and services (some companies would only take dirt and wood, but no concrete or rocks for example). At the end of the day, NOVA Junk Removal was the best value, period. I called them back, and they scheduled an appointment to haul it off. They showed up exactly when they said would, and did a great job! When we got to the bottom of a pile and found some old chain link fence that was grown to some roots, I mentioned to Omar that I would find a neighbor to lend me some bolt cutters to clear that up. He ran to the truck, brought back his cutters and solved that problem! Then they cleaned up the site and even swept the sidewalk, so it actually looked better than when they arrived. They honored their estimate (which can't be said for everybody), and I was able to pay with a card. Easy peasy. I cannot recommend NOVA Junk Removal highly enough! read more

I called to request a couple items to be picked up. Lady on the phone asked what I had and I told her a couple pieces of wood, couple bags of clothes and some small furniture items. She never gave me a quote and failed to Mention you pay per truck not by the actual amount of stuff you have. When they came and got my items it took them less then a minute to pick it up and it took up maybe 1/5 of the back of the truck. The guy then told me the cost was $175.... will never use this company again... to update this review, they tried to pay me to remove this negative review and pretended to send me $50 (which I conveniently never received). Such a shady company read more

HIGHLY recommend this company! I'm renovating my bathroom, and I'm in the top floor of a garden condo (meaning, no elevator!). I had accumulated a LARGE amount of debris during the demolition process - all my wall tile was mounted on concrete on wire mesh (which was just sitting in chunks - I couldn't do anything else with it) I had three layers of floor tile, a really heavy tub, buckets of miscellaneous debris and of course the toilet and vanity. I'm estimating around 1500 to 2000 pounds of junk. This was all sitting in my living room. On top of that - I couldn't even be there the day of removal, because of military duty. I arranged to have a friend there for me, and Nova Junk was very helpful beforehand in making the situation work, and they were always very responsive with any communication I had with them. My friend relayed how everything was going on the day, and she told me that the crew was super nice, helpful, timely and efficient. I think they got all that stuff out in around 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about these guys - they are awesome, and if you have ANY kind of junk removal you need done, you will not regret going with NOVA Junk!!!! Thank you guys - you rocked it! read more

Omg. These guys are good. I am remodeling my house and the construction crew has been slow in removing the construction debris. I also had a lot of old furnitures. Omar and his team showed up as promised. Called 45 minutes ahead. Removed the things I didn't want quickly. Even swept afterwards! Omar was polite, professional, courteous. He provides clear instructions to his team members and constantly checking in to make sure they are okay. Thank you, Omar and the team! read more

Company was very responsive and very fair priced. I had a smaller junk haul but it was easy to coordinate with Nova Junk.

Fast and professional! Omar and his crew called beforehand as promised and arrived on time. After showing them where everything was I got out of the way and they got to work. They took care not to damage the power cable for the hot tub and got it out of the backyard and into the truck quickly and cleaned up. I was charged the amount that Norman quoted me and they were on their way. Everyone took Covid-19 precautions and were extremely courteous. A great experience overall and I'd use them again. read more

Our experience was 100% positive with this business and we would highly recommend them to others. They honored their commitment on very short notice to stop by our home and remove two tractors, a mower extension, and 4x4 trailer at a very competitive price. They were on time, provided notice of their arrival 30 minutes prior, were expedient, professional, and very strong. Our farm equipment was heavy and they took care of it. The gentlemen from NOVA Junk were amazing! On time, courteous, organized, orderly, hard working, paid great attention to detail and priced appropriately. Great crew, great job carefully removing a grand piano. Arrived on time, worked efficiently. I'm happy with everything.

This was our second time using NOVA Junk to haul away things we didn't need anymore. They were punctual, friendly, priced well, and worked efficiently to get everything out. All I had to do was point at what we wanted gone; it doesn't get easier than that. We got a small discount for being repeat customers which was a nice bonus. We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors. read more

Money well spent. I needed to get rid of a few things that would be a small job for pro's but a major challenge for me. Searched Yelp, got some estimates, settled on NovaJunk based on reviews. Got a same day estimate and scheduled a pickup later that week. The crew gave a heads up call about 40 mins out during the first hour of the 3-hr window. Upon arriving, and offering to remove shoes, they collected my items and were done in 10 minutes. Amount charged matched the estimate.  So, if you have "junk", and don't have able-bodied help and a truck, you will probably do better hiring pro's. You have options - shop around, get estimates - you are unlikely to do better than NovaJunk. Responsive, efficient, professional, affordable. read more
