This company did a great job.. arrived promptly, worked efficiently and reasonably priced!

Nova Junk was very responsive, they catered to my hectic schedule and provided ample people to complete my task. I have used their competitors in the past but they have changed my perspective on that, the bigger truck, prompt service, communication, customer service, and personnel were excellent. They removed all the debris from a construction project I was working at far below their competitors price. Their extreme dedication to customer service, and their fair pricing means I would with out hesitation recommend them to a friend, and I will definately use them in the future if the need arises. read more

Called on Monday, came on Tuesday. (FAST SERVICE) Hauled away an old sign, a 600 lb. safe nobody else could deal with, several pallets, yard debris and brush, and a lot of old furniture. Even swept up the parking lot around where the old brush and furniture had been. 5 STARS, will definitely call them again! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, everyone was real polite and helpful. I contacted another company that I thought quoted me high for the job then I called NOVA JUNK and am so happy I did!! Not only was their quote much lower (like half the price!), they contacted me 30 minutes prior to arriving, cleaned up all my junk and were done in no time! The gentlemen were very nice and polite! I will use this company again when clearing out more junk! read more

Fantastic and quick service! I reached out to a few junk removal companies through the yelp messaging service. Emmett was prompt in his response and quote for my junk removal. I ended up scheduling a little last minute so my first choice date wasn't available, but that was more on my than anything. I was able to schedule a few days in advance. Omar and his crew were kind enough to call me prior to arriving- only downside was the 3 hour arrival window from 10-1. Omar and his team arrived promptly 30 mins after they called to let me know they were on there way at 10:30. On arrival after assessing my belongings, I was told the price would be about $15 than the original quote- however I had more items that I had added so i was pretty pleased there were no hidden fees. The job itself only took about 20 minute! I was amazed. It would have taken me days. I had them junk a wooden queen sleigh bed with the mattress and box spring, a sofa, a loveseat, a leather recliner, and about 20 bags of trash in total. read more

This was my third time using Nova Junk and service was again fantastic. They showed up within the window, removed all items (even some I didn't originally mention) and swept at the end. The pricing is always reasonable and fair. read more

A little pricey for only removing a three piece living room sectional ($180) but worth it to not have the hassle of moving furniture. Very quick and professional. Thank you! read more

Nova Junk did a great job removing a pile of dirt from my property at a competitive price. Their communication also was excellent.

The team arrived on time and was fast and efficient in demoing my hot tub. Would definitely use again for future junk removal needs.

Nova Junk did an outstanding job quickly and efficiently removing the items we requested. Would absolutely use them again.

On time, professional, courteous, efficient, and effective. Price point was higher a than I'd like, but understandable once you see the manpower, gas, dumping fees, and overhead required for the service; up-front estimate was spot on, which made the transaction much easier. read more

I cannot say enough about this group of men. Wow!!! They are all so nice. Everyone made a very difficult time for me and my family much easier. Kind, thoughtful, hard-working, and very efficient. Thank you Omar, Norman, and the crew of men that helped us. I cannot thank you enough. It's rare to find honest hardworking people like this. Great company!!! Highly recommend read more

The workers arrived at the agreed time. We walked down the job and I was provided a price (for a full truck) which was as expected. The workers were fast, efficient and polite. At the end of the job the truck was full and the area was clean. i would hire this company again without reservation. read more

Great job being on time and super efficient. Nice job, will definitely use this company and service again A+

I booked Nova Junk based on the reviews on Yelp. They are fantastic. Fast, very nice, flexible and completely reasonable. I was cleaning out my father's estate which was extremely stressful. They were the only aspect of the process that made life easy. I will always recommend them! read more

Excellent Service! Prompt and reliable. Cleaned up yard waste and debris in my backyard. The truck is large and exceeded my expectations. A 3-Man crew arrived and quickly removed all debris, they also bagged the leaves. Highly Recommended! read more

This company is great: They worked really quickly (as in 10 minutes to haul out a bed, some chairs, and some kitchen appliances), and they were already familiar with my apartment building so I didn't have to even worry about telling them where to go or park their truck. This is a super affordable and convenient service too. I've tried the big name junk removal services, and NOVA Junk was so much cheaper and so much easier to schedule (I called two days before and had no trouble coming up with a time that worked). I highly recommend them! read more

Excellent service- quick to respond and schedule pick up - very easy process. Best price of all quotes. Great crew - Omar and assistant arrived next day on time in large truck and loaded and hauled away 2 very heavy cabinets and a sofa bed ... quick and efficient and best price. Five minutes and got my garage back! I've hired several moving & hauling services over the years and Nova Junk is one of the best - already planning to hire them again - thanks! read more

Omar and his crew showed up well within the two hour window. He and his crew were perfectly polite and very efficient. I especially appreciated Omar having me take just him through the house first to show him what needed to go and what should be left alone. Once he got his guys in here, they had everything moved out and into the bed of the hauling truck in less than an hour. All the while, they were extremely careful and mindful not to hit any walls or touch anything that wasn't designated to get taken away. Even after they were done and rolling away, I realized that I missed a couple of pieces (a twin mattress and bed frame). Called the dispatcher and right away he had the guys back up to the house. They came back in with a smile and, with me apologizing profusely, told me they were just happy they hadn't gotten too far down the road. We've got more stuff to get hauled away, and there's no doubt in my mind that we'll be using NoVA Junk Removal again. read more

When they said they would come between 7 and 9:00 Am and call 30 minutes before They did So They packed the truck tight and picked up random debris from not one but two bathrooms remodel s included two tubs and a toilet I was very pleased l used them on a smaller job a month or so ago and I was pleased then also read more

Nova Junk was very good. I called and scheduled for pick up and they were available for the day I wanted, even with the quick turnaround. The two men that came were very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Love this company! I used Nova Junk removal services once in 2017, and then again in 2018. Each time, I had a very positive experience with the movers. They were very courteous, listened to my wishes, and executed the job with ease. I was afraid that my removal job would be expensive, but each time, it was an absolute bargain! I'm purging my home of unwanted items in stages, so I will likely need to use them again, this year, 2019. It's nice to know that I have my go-to hauling company, and that I won't need to do more research and estimates. Thanks Nova Junk!!!!! read more

Highly recommend they did an amazing job hauling an old wood pile out of our yard. Will absolutely use them again.

Pleasant, cost effective, on-time, friendly. These folks are the real deal.

Just had Omar and Max move a very large tv. They did a great job, were quick and on time. 100% would use NOVA junk removal again! read more

This review is for their customer service as we didn't use the actual removal service thanks to my husband buying off the Pottery Barn delivery guys LOL I spoke with Norman twice this morning to set up removal of our old sectional, I told him that it was a bit of an urgent request as we were having a new ginormous sectional delivered today. He said he could have a truck to our house on Friday which was great! An hour later my husband told me he had a meeting that he couldn't miss. I called Norman who said that he'd fit us in tomorrow with no additional fees!! Their price was fantastic as well. Much lower than the other service providers I called. Based on their customer service I would recommend them for hauling and will definitely be using them in the future!!! read more

I am so impressed! Nova Junk Removal actually did what they said and beyond ! Excellent customer service . Two hour window! I sent a message stating exactly what I needed hauled away and they sent me a quote the very next morning along with two availability dates. Both within the same week of my initial e-mail. The entire process was simple. They showed up within the first hour, moved everything and was finished in 40 minutes ! AWESOME . Their rates are quite reasonable . Especially when you see the type of service they provide . I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future. Polite, efficient, and reasonably priced. read more

I have used their service 2 times now and in both times I had very good experience. They were quick to respond and very timely in their pick-up of my old furniture. Very pleasant to deal with and of course the prices are definitely reasonable compared to another company that was going to charge me MORE than 2X what this company charged me. Thank you and keep up the good service! read more

Called these gentleman and they were prompt with there arrival time and gave me a quote I couldn't resist, other companies came and quoted a very large estimate for our warehouse. They came and hauled everything out with ease and the guys were very friendly and hilarious. Thanks for the service gents my go to guys from here on out! read more

I got a call ahead of time letting me know when to expect the guys. They showed up promptly, did a great job, had a great positive attitude and took care of business quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly. What a pleasure to receive this level of service. If every business worked like this the world would be a better place. read more

NOVA Junk removal removed an old rear projection TV from a downstairs family room. It was super easy to set up the appointment via email. They came as scheduled, called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and the 4 person team hauled away the junk. Nour had provided a quote before arriving and that didn't change. I had called or emailed a couple other companies however they were more difficult to deal with, wanting to provide more service than I required etc. I definitely will use NOVA Junk again if needed. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. First, they were very responsive to my email inquiries and gave what I considered a fair estimate for my couch to be moved. Second, the team who came to my place called in advance to give me a heads up, showed up on time, were extremely courteous, were efficient, and ultimately made this a pleasurable experience. I really appreciate the help I was able to receive and the two gentlemen who helped me out! I would recommend NOVA Junk to anyone and will definitely come back when I need something else hauled away! read more

Wow! These guys are my new favorite local superheroes. I had a disaster in the making with another "big name" removal service and I called them to see if they could do a same day pickup. Without hesitation they said yes, quoted me a price (less than was "big name" quoted me) and were here within two hours. They were super friendly and polite as well. In an odd way, kind of happy I had the disaster as I found a gem and I won't hesitate to use them again! read more

I used the services of NOVA junk removed. The 2 employees were on time and very courteous. They reviewed my needs and gave me a price. They were quick in their work and I would highly recommend them. read more

Well, 5 more stars from me for Nova Junk! We didn't have a big load. I called and they answered promptly, scheduled a free estimate. I was given a 7-9am time frame for when they'd come. They showed up at 7:15. We walked around and I pointed at all the stuff we needed them to take. 2 tvs, a rusted out broken grill, some tree brush, miscellaneous garage/shed stuff, couple of old doors, etc. They quoted me 1/4 truck at $185. I told them I was getting estimates and would call to schedule if we wanted to hire them. We also liked that they try & donate what they can and recycle as much as possible. We went ahead & scheduled the pickup. Got the same 7-9a window, and again, 3 guys showed up at 7:15. The original estimator was with them (I'm thinking it was Omar), so he remembered the stuff I pointed out and they were here & gone in 20 minutes maybe? Professional, prompt, courteous. I have another storage facility I need to clean out and these will be the guys I call for that too. read more

Came within the time frame, called ahead, and they were quick, careful, and professional. Would definitely use again

As an entrepreneur myself, I could not have been happier with the service I received from NOVA Junk Removal. From my first interaction with Norm, they inspired confidence that the job would get done well for a reasonable price; I was not disappointed. Jamar and his crew showed up early, estimated the cost for removing the yard waste (very accurately, I might add), and proceeded with his crew to quickly transport the waste out of the yard efficiently and without damaging the lawn. The crew were all very friendly and helpful. Overall an awesome experience. I immediately added them to my "goto" list for household services. read more

Extremely satisfied with NOVA Junk Removal. They arrived when they said they would, called to confirm their projected arrival time, gave a fixed-price quote and performed the removal quickly and professionally. Their pricing was fair. Omar and his crew were friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. read more

Not living in the area, we found Nova on Yelp as we needed to clean out a home of a deceased relative. These guys are fabulous! they show up on time, they are as polite and respectful as it gets, and they stack the truck to get as much in as possible. We have used them twice now and we have one more big cleanup. You cannot go wrong. read more

As someone else remarked, yet another boring 5-star review for NOVA Junk. What a great group of guys. Omar and his crew were amazing. Actually came more than an hour earlier than promised - calling first to be sure I was home. Cleared out my basement, ripped up carpet, and moved (not junked) a treadmill for me in just over 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Pleasant to deal with, strong, strong guys. Don't know if they are considered expensive or not, never done this before, but I was happy with the price. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! read more
