I happened to come across The Grout Genie and scrolled through their reviews and saw so many great things customers were saying, so I gave them a call. OMG! All of the reviews are accurate. From the start, everyone I dealt with in the company was very responsive, professional, and on time. Brad did our work and he was freaking amazing! He did such a thorough job and made our showers that are from 1999 shine and look brand new again. I will be calling them when I'm ready to do other repair work in our bathroom. Huge store with lots of color segmented tile options with prices clearly marked. Just started shopping so not sure how the prices are but we were able to find some options that would work. Not a very customer service oriented vibe. One person at a computer terminal alone didn't even acknowledge us nor did others who were helping others. I did notice a few other customers like us, went in looked, no one asked if we needed help and left like us. Gap has greeters to make sure that they "touch" each customer that comes in. The crew moved from fairly open flat work easily to more complex, edge stitched stairs without a pause ...
