These guys were professional, on time, clean, pleasant, and expert craftsmen. They were as meticulous in the obvious spots as they were in the places hidden in the back of the closet. These guys had to climb three flights of stairs and not one complaint. I can't stress enough how professional these guys were a lot of please and thank you. I know that seems like a small thing but to me it made the experience that much better. There was not a speck of dust or any construction waste whatsoever once they left. I was duly impressed.  Amin (The person in charge) was really pleasant over the phone and in person and even went out of his way to try and find the quickest date to get the material and install.  I had him to come out to give me an estimate on July 2nd, he was really pleasant, no hard sale and the work was totally completed right on schedule and right on time.  And to top it off, I received a Starbucks gift card . Whomever owns this company, do whatever you can to keep these guys working for you, they are awesome! I am glad they opened a location in my neighborhood so I can use them for my other projects. Good job! Our experience with Royal Floors was excellent. Amin was very helpful in the selection of woods and carpets. He allowed us to take home whatever we wanted to evaluate and he came to the house to assist us further with our selections. The installation of the engineered hardwood in the living room, dining room, and hallways was done quickly and professionally, as was the replacement carpeting in the bedrooms. The installers were careful with our belongings and mindful of our presence in the house. They were a pleasure to work with, as the old carpet and wood floor was removed, and the new flooring installed. But, also significant was the service after the install. We needed a few adjustments to some trim and a couple of doors, and Amin promptly sent his folks out to correct these few minor things. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. We had an old carpet in our den and some stairs to replace. I was told by another flooring company hardwoods could not be installed on a cement block and that I had to go with luxury vinyl tile or something similar. I sought a second opinion from Royal floors. Amin came out and was very informative and told me that in fact engineered hardwood could be installed on cement and explained the differences. Royal's quote was very reasonable and I went into the store and Amin helped me pick out the perfect flooring to match the rest of my house and my needs. He also walked me through different options, thresholds, etc. I had an asbestos abatement company remove the underlying tile on a Friday and Royal installed the new floors on Saturday. The crew with Scott as foreman worked from 8-6 to get it done in one day. I love my new floors and stairs, they look great and the whole process was very easy. Both Reza and Amin were extremely helpful in offering advice and expertise in my selections of Luxury Vinyl to replace my upstairs carpet and also carpet selection to replace the carpet on my stairs. We had both upstairs carpeting and first level hardwood floors installed by Amin's crew at Royal floors. The carpeting went flawlessly; the crew meticulously nailed down all the squeaky boards first (much appreciated)! The hardwood floor was a long, arduous process due to the initial Canadian maple floor install buckling badly about a month after completion. Amin stood by his work and they replaced it at no additional charge with a completely new floor (we did pay to upgrade to Brazilian Teak, as our dogs were scratching up the maple pretty badly). We ended up having to have a whole-home dehumidifier put in, which has fixed the humidity issue that caused the buckling to begin with. Bottom line: Royal Floors never argued, complained or made excuses - they just fixed everything, and it looks beautiful! read more

This is the second time I am using Royal Floors. I had the basement rug replaced. The price is fair and Amin was was very helpful and informative. He was very helpful in selecting the carpet and even to come to the house a couple of hours later to measure. He was able to order and get the carpet to meet our timeline. The installation was great.
