This chinese restaurant is not the best in town. However, there's a parking lot, so it's a mega plus for me since I hate having to find parking on the streets. The restaurant is spacious and looks like any typical chinese restaurants. I've been there many times, the food are ok. Not the best, but not the worse that I've eaten. Been there for dim sum and dinner. I'd say that I'd suggest dinner at this restaurant more than dim sum... Prices are competitive, or even a bit cheaper than other chinese restaurants!

I went for family meal many times. I dont like their dim sum food since it is too oily and salty. U have to drink many glasses of water once home. The remaining food depends on the day you come. Sometimes is ok. If you go on weekends there are so many persons have to wait a line.

My wife and I were in Montreal for vacation and we checked out Montreal Chinatown, and tried dim…read moresum at Kim Fung. Kim Fung is a in a shopping center and was pretty full but we were able to be seated right away. They brought up dishes on carts and we were able to order even though our table was in the corner. While we were there, the fire alarm was ringing. It did not seem like there was a fire, and three fire trucks even came to check things out, but no one inside the restaurant seemed concerned so everyone kept eating. The food was good but it was a little annoying eating with the fire alarm on. We ordered a lot of dim sum classics that we eat back home in California but it seemed like the prices were lower than what we normally pay back home. The bill once we figured our the CAD-USD conversion seemed very reasonable. If we're in town again and the fire alarm isn't loud, we'll try it again.

This time around it seems they took my advice (lol!) as dim sum ladies were very friendly and the restaurant itself taken care of better. Food was tasty too. The disappointment came in the form of a small hair in my dumpling-- it happens! Not the end of the world, but did put me off. as well the chinese broccoli was the most expensive dish we got, and the veg was super bitter. still for the taste and service we would return.

Finally found my pictures and remembered that I needed to write about this…read more A friend took me here and it was an enjoyable experience. The egg tart pastry was amazing because it had the additional tasty crust that covered the egg tart where the egg tart usually shows up on top in many other Asian bakeries. This might be one of the best egg tart pastries I've had! Presumedly, comes from a bakery in the area- I don't know the bakeries around and didn't have time to scope around like that unfortunately. The shrimp rolls here were okay, the dim sum dumplings were delicious with flavor, juice, and typical dim sum texture. The hot tofu was done well and with the syrup. Staff is friendly here. Location is convenient and ambiance is nice for a traditional Asian dining classy restaurant.

We just left this restaurant. Probably the worst dining experience in twenty years. The food was…read moreawful--General Tao's chicken tasted questionable, with pieces of chicken that had a rubbery texture in the mouth. My partner ordered the best vegetarian dish on the menu. He was served a bowl of about thirty pieces of boiled, flavorless bok choy. My nephew went for the shrimp dumplings. It was a whole shrimp wrapped in dough, with absolutely no flavor. On top of that, the service was practically nonexistent, and the cleanliness of the place was questionable. The tablecloths were covered in stains, the teapot was dirty, and so on. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. In fact, avoid it
