These are the most interesting fried mushrooms you will ever have. They are also the richest fried mushrooms you will ever have. I believe the trick here is that the batter is 100 percent egg yolk no white no nothing else. They also do a salt and pepper tofu that is creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
