For this event, my daughters UCF Graduation, I was a little late at ordering but they were able to get me a cake and decorate it within 15 minutes of ordering it. They have a bite-size one - I think that is called a Bundtini (or something like that) and they have one that is suitable for several people.....around 10 or 12". They are flavorful cakes and moist. My favorite is always the Red Velvet. They usually have multiple standard flavors and also a flavor of the month. Prior to the pandemic, they usually would have samples available as well, but that has been stopped during the pandemic for obviously reasons. My one critique is in the way pick-up orders that are placed and paid for online are handled. When I place a pick-up order it is because I do not have time to wait in line at the store and would like to just be able to grab my order and go. It defeats the purpose of the online order when I then have to stand in line and wait to be handed my order that is sitting on the table right next to the register in plain view. My suggestion is that you have a shelf labeled for those orders specifically for customers to be able to "grab and go" like many other restaurants have. I really like the individual Nothing Bundt Cakes. They are called Bundtlets and are the perfect shareable size. It's is difficult for me to pass by a store without picking up a couple. In addition to Bundtlets they have a full size 8 and 10 inch cake cake that is good for larger crowds. There is also a tiered cake with the 8 and 10 inch cakes stacked on each other. You can chose to have the traditional pedal cream cheese and butter frosting or go with the lighter drizzle frosting. They have many wonderful flavors to choose from but I usually stick with vanilla, lemon and chocolate. The simplicity of these basic flavors are memorable and leave me wanting more. So, I have never been here before (mainly because the pictures looked like just pre-packaged cake and to me that normally means the cake is dry) but because I was in the area I figured why not? The cake was da bomb and definitely exceeded my expectations when considering the moist factor (it was very much so)! Nice that it had icing in the middle of the cake. One thing tho, I was surprised that the icing they used for the chocolate cake was cream cheese....I was expecting regular white buttercream but it wasn't too bad. I'm not sure if all of them are filled with cream cheese (I didn't look, I saw chocolate and didn't look any further)? The lady who served us was Kalianna, she was great!
