Single cookie box

I visited this location to get a chocolate chip cookie. The ordering process is very easy by using the self order screens to right once you enter. I see that there were a few dessert options that were an additional cost ($0.99-$1.49) than the regular $4.XX. A customer infront of me ordered a 6 pack of the pumpkin desserts that were all an additional $0.99 - so she spent a pretty penny. She asked staff for 1 additional single box to place 1 dessert separate for someone. They said that would be $0.27! I was shocked after how much she just spent. Plus they stated she needed to pay in change because she cannot use her card for charges less than $0.50. She had to leave her desserts behind to go dig through her car to find change. I feel this is bad business and not a way to keep returning customers. My chocolate chip cookie was a little bit undercooked. While the sweetness was there, the bottom of the cookie was very oily. So much that it was all over my hands. That shouldn't be the case.

First time eating Cruml Cookie, and it was to die for! The cookies are fabulous! I'd even say dangerous! Came in with a gift card, and signed up for the rewards app before I left the store! Can't wait to go back in to the smell of fresh baked cookies!

The peaches and cream cookie was absolutely wonderful and the complete experience overall was an incredibly positive experience. The service was friendly and outgoing and again, the peaches and cream cookie was excellent. The ambiance is bright and inviting and I will definitely be back to this location.

Came here as soon as this location opened and have been back several times since. The rotational cookie menu has something for everyone and they're all pretty tasty! I was happy to see that this location was one that participates in "Orlando specials" like the Olivia Rodrigo cookie (only available in select cities during the weekend she went on tour). Service is friendly and they asked always ask you if your cookies look good before closing the box on your order, so you get to confirm your order is correct. The vibe in here is very clean and efficient.

My husband and I love Crumbl when we are looking for a sweet fix. All of their cookies are so different and delicious. When it came time for my birthday, we ordered a bunch of their mini cookies so all of our friends could try that week's flavors. It was a hit!

I appreciate the ever changing flavors, yet they can be hit or miss. No pictures of my cookies this time because they were a hit, especially with the kids. No camera eating first when cookies are involved. Like their other locations this one is clean and the staff friendly. There are a plethora of gourmet cookie purveyors these days and Crumbl is consistent and they hook you with their flavor updates each week. The cookies are always warm and fresh, which makes you ask yourself each time, should I eat these all now???

How could I possibly not wanna get Crumbl every week so I can try the new rotating cookies! You can order on the app and get curbside where you order online and the employees bring it to your car, how better can that get? Today I did go inside to order and less than 5 minutes my cookies were ready! I love that before you leave with your cookies, the employees show you, your order so it's perfect! This week I was super excited for the Chocolate Cupcake cookie and it was sooo good! This weeks line up was amazing like it is every week! You can order one, four, six and 12 count cookies. I always order four at a time and it usually runs you about $14-$15 depending on location. It's definitely worth the money because each cookie is such good quality and they taste delicious!

‍ this cookie is... something but it isn't a cookie. It was huge and not in a good way. The cream was good but the cookie didn't really taste done. It was super doughy, and i got to witness why it's called Crumbl. Not really sweet. Actually I didn't really taste much, though it's short bread I think. I don't know, it was just a lot. My kids liked it, but it's a huge cookie so ‍. it's cute but it's def not a cookie. My husband told me it's a cake and it's so big that i believed him for a sec. I don't know if I'll try it again. I thought I'd be wowed but ‍ I couldn't even finish it I'm giving it a 3 cause my kids enjoyed it, it looked nice and it's in a nice location

Love the concept! I love the weekly menu rotation. It is a bit sad when a good flavor is gone after a week. They have some amazing flavors that you would be amazed are cookies! I love following them on Insta and in their app to see all the wonderful flavors that change each Sunday. To date, the blueberry cheese cake is my favorite! The Nutter cake and breakfast flavors are a close second!

There is definitely something special about crumbl cookies! It is always a bit exciting to walk in and see what new and unique flavors await. Chocolate chip and pink sugar are always available but a specialty flavor is rotated in every week. And to state the obvious-the cookies are eye appealing to the point of being social media worthy. Crumbl plays into that of course with their vibrantly colored boxes that scream "PHOTOGRAPH ME". I'm not complaining because it's fun and whimsical. The ordering system is nice and keeps the line moving. The touch screen displays the available flavors and explains the pricing per cookie and pricing per box. It really makes the most sense to order a 4 pack at minimum. And why wouldn't you want to have a variety to sample from anyhow?! You can order one though. It'll set you back about $4. When I go solo I generally will order just one due to the vast size. They are definitely HUGE. Eating half of one will likely be more than enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. But hey! I don't judge. Eat the whole thing if you can manage lol. I like this new Winter Park location for sure. It's clean and well managed with ample parking. It gets busy but handles that with an impressive staff. If you are keen on trying crumbl, I recommend this location BUT must say that while noteworthy, they aren't the best cookies ever. Eye appealing and tasty, but still a far cry from the local bakeries in the area. All love though! The pink sugar always reminds me of those highly sought after frosted cookies I'd beg mom for as a child while in the grocery store.

A co-worker had a birthday this week and the conversation turned to cake preferences. One in the group chimed in and suggested that as long as we were discussing dessert treats, we should all do ourselves a favor and get a Crumbl Cookie. Many of us had never heard of Crumbl. We are geographically dispersed around the country. The guy who brought up Crumbl is in Atlanta, but a local teammate in Lake Mary indicated they were here in the Orlando area. So, here I am to try these cookies. Nice shop. Nice area. Staff did not help me, but other patrons explained the simple ordering process. I made my selections and placed my order at the kiosk. Service was quick. The cookies were served warm and soft and, yes, crumbly. Very tasty. Huge cookies. Pretty good all around!

There's been a lot of buzz about Crumble cookies. I was excited to find out a new location popped up in Winter Park. We were only planning to try two cookies but if you buy 4 it's like basically getting one free, $12. I was a little disappointed there was a smaller selection of flavors, maybe it's because we visited on the weekday. We tried the chocolate chip, churro, cornbread and peanut butter m&ms. I have to say the chocolate chip was the best and the runner up was the cornbread one. I love trying new places instead of going to my go to dessert spots. It was good for a sweet kick but I wasn't that impressed compared to other local shops.

They offer a wide variety of unique donuts that all looked really tempting. The prices are a bit on the higher side, even for specialty donuts, but the quality definitely shows. It's a clean, minimalist space that is well lit with natural lighting and seems to be a chill place to sit and do work. When I came around 1-2 PM, they seemed to still have a good number of their donuts still in stock. (Their sign on the door notes they are open per their hours, unless they sell out of everything sooner.) My dad ordered a coffee to go and I ordered a matcha latte without sweetener and almond milk, plus a honey and sea salt cragel to go. Service was quick. Matcha latte was good. I liked the cragel - it had a good texture and wasn't too sweet. My dad wasn't super fond of his coffee, but it was okay. (He said it wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best coffee he's ever had.) If there isn't an event going on, they have their own parking lot. Otherwise, you are allowed to park in the school lot if school is not in session. (Or street parking if you can find some.)

We wandered just off the main downtown strip and stumbled into this little gem. Immediate warm welcome, which I always appreciate, especially when I'm in a post-meal haze. Then I saw the pastry case... and wow. It was one of those moments where you genuinely consider making poor financial and dietary decisions just to try everything. The croissants alone? Massive. I'm talking oversized, beautifully layered, stuffed with different fillings and topped like they're competing for a prize. A younger, more reckless version of me would've ordered at least three without hesitation. My only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that everything is so big. I wish they had mini versions--like a tasting lineup--because I wanted to try everything but also didn't want to commit to a full-size pastry I knew I couldn't finish. Shoutout to the people who can, though. I respect you. I kept it simple with a cappuccino plus an extra shot (non-negotiable at that point), and it was exactly what I needed. Bonus points for the service--they actually brought it out to the table, which felt like a small but appreciated touch. They've got both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can vibe however you're feeling. Overall, a perfect little stop to recharge and pretend you didn't just eat your body weight in carbs.
