I did a whole series on must try ice cream places during the summer and 3 Leches Sweets was one of them! Their ice cream is different in texture compared to a lot of the places I've been to, but it was really good! They also have a variety of other desserts, so if You're not an ice cream fan, don't worry they have cake and such. The service was good, but as soon as I spoke English I took the person attending me by surprise. My Spanish isn't that great so I usually prefer to speak English and it just seemed that everyone there spoke Spanish. Been craving strawberries and cream since it went viral on TikTok for Wimbledon and honestly this did not disappoint! Very generous portion of fresh strawberries the cream was amazing and not too sweet which I love and it was reasonably priced! I hope to be back for more again and also try some of the iced lollies they have! The lady who served me was gentle kind quick and clean! I was really looking forward to it, since I had been craving tres leches cake but it did not satisfy my craving. The best part of the slice of cake was the vanilla cake as it was spongy and soft. You have the option of having the slice more moist as they will add more of the 3 milk mixture. The filling was pinnaple and coconut and I was told it rotates. The icing did not seem homemade and it made me itchy (not their fault it was just how it reacted to my mouth). The shop is nice, clean, modern, nice decor and it serves a large variety of ice cream, sweets and Mexican snacks. The staff is nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it missed the mark for me. I tried the tres leches cake and was pretty disappointed. It was pricey and really dry, which isn't what you expect from a tres leches at all... On top of that, the vibe just felt a bit unwelcoming. The staff didn't come across as friendly, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. Between the high prices, lack of flavor, and the not so great service, I don't see myself coming back. read more

Will never return here!!! Came in for 2 scoops of ice cream, asked for an extra cup but was told I was "smart" and that I had to pay additional for another scoop by the manager Guadalupe. From the moment I walked in she discriminated against me and did not even have a smile on her face to greet my daughter and I. Then proceeded to tap on the glass impatiently as I looked at the flavors. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Even further she started mimicking and laughing about me to another co worker. Wow, this business just needs to be shut down. I demand an apology from the owner!!! Literally lost business over a cup that cost a couple pennies? I would have gladly paid for the extra cup as I explained to her I needed a small cup separate to monitor how much I give my child as she cannot have a full scoop of ice cream. I am of Mexican heritage and come from a small town in SW Florida. You know how they say you can never find what you have back home... well this place comes as close as you can get to authentic Mexican desserts and treats. There are "aguas frescas" which are natural fruit waters. These are made with real fruit, no powders. My wife loves mixing pineapple and lemon together as a natural drink. The ice cream and popsicles are also homemade with a literal rainbow of colors to choose from. I personally love pistachio ice cream and it was SO GOOD!!!!!! They also have cakes made to order and ready for pick up. You will have to come in for yourself and try this place... but I warn you... you won't just want to buy one thing. I've been waiting on this place to open for a while, so whenever I was making a quick stop at Marshals which happens to be right next door I saw that they were finally open I knew it was the perfect time to stop by. I saw that they have lots of sweets to choose from that all look so good! But it was almost 100 degrees out and all I wanted was an agua fresca. I decided to go with the lime and chia seed agua fresca and it was the right choice! It was so refreshing and not too sweet, just right. I tried the chocolate tres leches cake here and it was delicious! There was also many other dessert options to choose from, like chocoflan, brownies, ice cream, and much more. There's truly something for everyone. I liked that the chocolate tres leches cake was fresh, not too sweet, chocolate-y, and the packaging for it was good so I was able to bring it home and have it with some tea without the cake getting damaged on the way. The customer service was good, the cashier helped explain the baked goods available. The restaurant is family friendly and has some tables inside and outside to enjoy your dessert at.
