The day of the appointment (yesterday) she called ahead to let me know that the air in the building was acting funky but, she was looking forward to seeing me. Setting up the appointment via email was easy. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment & rang the doorbell to get in. Eloise answered promptly and the whole team greeted us with big smiles and a warm welcome! They showed us to the private tasting room and gave us a "cheat sheet" so we knew what everything was and popular combos to try. They set up 12 cakes, 12 classic fillings, 13 premium fillings, and 2 buttercreams. Every cake was perfectly moist and delicious! The homemade premium fillings were incredible - silky, well-balanced flavors, and not overly sweet. And we loved how the Swiss meringue buttercream perfectly complemented every cake and filling combo we tried!
