Poor customer service from the store on Route 59 in Naperville, IL. Didn't want to accommodate for a birthday cake because they 'couldn't' do anything after 7 PM. I called and told them I was enroute and would be there right at 7PM and if I could pay over the phone, Zelle an employee or anything. Nope, the manager ended the call with 'Have a Nice Life'. I made it to the store literally at 7 PM and the young lady sweeping the floor turned her back on me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Wonderful cakes and some cute products that they sell as well. Although, when I was getting my cake, I order it and the cashier girl told me and my mom to wait for a bit and kept on serving other customers. She was making us and other customers she was serving to wait for almost ten minutes when she was serving new customers coming in. It's not that hard to tell the new costumers to say, "let me finish their order." But nope, she just kept on making me and everyone else wait. It was very inappropriate because when I asked her about our order, she said "in a acouple minutes" but then proceeds to go in the back and just gave me the box with the cake in it. I ordered a cake from here a while back for my daughter's birthday. When I go to pick up the cake, they couldn't find my order. I had to pull up the confirmation email on my phone before they would give me the cake. My wife and I have been coming to this Nothing Bundt Cake location for several years now. Their cakes are absolutely delicious. Recently we found out my wife was pregnant...with TWINS!!! We decided to have a gender reveal party, and Nothing Bundt Cake has some amazing options for a baby gender reveal cake. We went to the doctor in the morning to have the ultrasound, and took the gender results to Nothing Bundt Cake. We ordered two cakes...one chocolate and one lemon. The staff was amazing, super excited to help us and to be part of our special day. They hid baby rattles in the middle of the cakes that say "It's a boy" or "It's a girl". When it came time to cut the cakes everyone was impressed by how amazing the cakes were decorated. Each Bundt cake includes cream cheese frosting that they can apply 2 different ways depending on how much you like. I grabbed a stack of 3 smaller ones as a gift. I chose a sunflower and orange bow and they wrapped them nicely. They have samples, people, samples! I sampled the red velvet and lemon raspberry. The cake is so so moist and the cream cheese frosting has my undying love. On top of all this, the service is fantastic. The gentleman that was behind the counter when I entered, came around and gave me a rundown of all their offerings and was just so pleasant. Our daughter- in- law called in an order in for an anniversary cake under our name. I drove over to pick up the cake and they could not find the order. You know those coupon books you get in the mail and they advertise mostly home remodeling or appetizers for restaurants? I happen to notice one for Nothing Bundt Cakes for their Shorewood and Naperville location. Of course, I didn't clip the coupon, but now I know where the Naperville location is! I drive by it all the time and never noticed it. This location has been opened for 4 years and going strong. I walked in today, in awe that I found such an adorable shop. I was cheerfully greeted by Kristine and she went straight into their free sample flavor of the month. I didn't even have a chance to presume she was going to ask me if I needed help, but she got me hooked with their product with ease. Another customer walked in as I was sampling the flavor of the month, strawberries and creme which is only available in April and May and I kid you not it tastes amazing. Kristine helped the other customer while I snapped pictures and looked around.
