I had asked for delivery of flowers to my home while I was at work, and my wife had slipped out for an errand. The delivery driver left the flowers WITH OUR NEIGHBOR. I'm not sure why this is considered a "best practice" but the driver did it. We would have gladly gone back to the store to pick it up (vs. had them re-deliver)...but that's what happened. However, that wasn't the issue. When I called to ask about this practice and the clerk answered, the level of customer service was absolutely appalling. She was argumentative and was not at all open to why this neighborly drop-off might have been not acceptable. Overall - I can forgive the delivery, but the level of customer service and the attitude I experienced on the phone, we will never be using this company again.

Dhaval is the owner of Forest of Flowers. This is one of my local florists. Originally, I was going to completely switch florists (from my other one to this one) but I figured keeping two might be better than one, just in case something happens. The quality a florist delivers is especially important. My first experience here wasn't the best. This time Dhaval took care of me personally and made sure things were perfect. They were extremely fresh and beautiful roses and are blooming quite nicely. A happy girlfriend/wife is a happy life. LOL. When I inquiring about my order the lady that answered the phone was indecisive. I called to see on the day of delivery if it's possible to get a time frame of delivery. She said we only deliver during their store hours and they cannot have a specific time. Ok, she was certain that it won't be pass 5pm because they close at 5pm. Mind you the party was set up for 6:30pm, it was my moms 60th Birthday. I received an email at 5:07pm saying it was successfully delivered. We waited and not only the delivery came st the door @6:20pm. That reason I was late for the function. This order wasn't cheap I paid $114 dollars for something I hoped for it to be special for my Moms birthday. Only to be disappointed on how much effort I made only to receive an bouquet of fruits that first of all not sweet at all. The fruits was sloppy and no taste.
